I have been seeing Nena and Melissa for over 10 years for Botox and some select fillers in lips. They are both outstanding in skill, personality and product/technique knowledge. As I approached late 40s, my brows just weren't lifting with Botox as I'd like. I looked tired and under eye issues were beginning (like when I tried to wipe off what I thought was mascara under my eyes, it didn't come off!!) It was time for Dr. Gregg , and her incredibly skillful brow lift and lower eye lift have me exactly what I was looking for. I cannot say with about how much I trust this practice! They never ask for reviews and the word of mouth keeps them incredibly busy! I know we all want pics. I'm so sorry, but I'm just not willing to risk outing myself!!! I will be happy to answer any messages on here though!

I am almost a week post-op from my Rhinoseptoplasty surgery performed by Dr. Gregg and I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Gregg, Denise Hightower (RN), or any of the rest of the staff. My entire experience from consultation until now has been amazing. This is a procedure I have wanted since I was 14 years old and I am so happy that I chose Dr. Gregg to perform it.Recovery so far has been simple. I have a typical amount of swelling. Bruising around both eyes and swelling of my face occurred after about 2 days and has since decreased greatly. Pain is minimal and easily managed. Dr. Gregg and staff even had a bouquet of flowers delivered yesterday which was an unexpected and sweet gesture. I get my cast removed in 2 days and am excited to see the changes that were made. Dr. Gregg will not perform surgery unless she believes the patient will benefit from it, and she does not give unrealistic expectations for results.She has excellent bedside manner and is very honest about what could be achieved. She very much believes in facial harmony and balance and won't just "shrink" your nose without considering your other features. If anyone has questions regarding any step of the process, I am more than happy to share my experience and photos once my cast is removed. I highly recommend Dr. Gregg and her staff.

Dr. Gregg and her staff were absolutely amazing! From the consultation, where Dr. Gregg took her time, explained everything in great detail. From the scheduling, front desk staff, assisting medical staff, they are top notch! They took incredible care of us from beginning to end, even through all of the follow up appointments. I cannot say enough about this special group of professionals and I would recommend their services to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gregg and her entire staff from the front desk to the surgical team. All aspects of my surgery were explained thoroughly. There were no surprises. Lastly, the results were awesome, better than I expected!

Dr. Gregg is a genuine gentle gem. She went above and beyond my expectations. She is the most caring Dr that I have ever known. She promised much less and was able to do much more. Her whole staff was great. I can’t thank her enough.

I love my fillers in my lips & nasiolabial folds but I HATE the swelling, distorted look & pure pain of sitting through a session but after visiting Andrea Crane with Cynthia Gregg, MD......I now am looking forward to my appointments! I had visited her for Botox a while ago at another surgeon's office and she took the time to explain the "cannula" method she uses and why it's so different (read: amazing) By the time I got around to visiting her at that office, I called to book and they explained she left & didn't know where she went! (Have worked at a couple of spas, I know that means 'try someone else we have on staff') but I knew I wanted a quality injector so I did some serious "Googling" & found her new location and am SOOOOO happy that I did! I have almost no swelling and my filler looks amazing. I can not say enough great things about Andrea....I highly recommend a visit to her if you're thinking about injectibles. She is a true master of her craft.

Dr. Gregg performed an open rhinoplasty on me in 2012 to remove a large hump on my nose. I chose her because she had a great bedside manner and I felt very comfortable in her hands. I was pretty happy with my nose after the surgery but in the past year or so, I started noticing that the upper portion of my nose has flattened and has a sunken in appearance - basically a dent in the upper portion of my nose. Let me state now, that I have had absolutely no trauma to my nose!! Realizing that this dent was not there before, I went to Dr. Gregg to let her look at it and see what she thought. I expected her to be kind and to be very straightforward about the obvious dent in my nose but she chose to go the opposite route and to pretend to not see it. During the appointment she went so far as to say that me gaining weight might have changed the appearance of my nose. She then suggested fillers to be injected in the bridge of my nose to help me out. I left the appointment crying. After that experience, I took a visit to Dr. Adam Stein in Raleigh. I told him my situation and he took a look at my nose, and said that the dent was very obvious and it occurs when the nose is not broken all the way during the rhinoplasty. Apparently it's a common mistake but not one that should be made by experienced plastic surgeons. Dr. Gregg shaved the top of my nose but left open space on the front of my nose due to not breaking my nose all the way and pushing in the sides of my nose. The dent didn't become obvious until more of the swelling continued to go down in the past year. I can't remember all of the correct terminology, but all I can say is that Dr. Stein was very surprised that Dr. Gregg did this as he said that she is a very good surgeon. I am surprised as well and also very disappointed that she was not able to be mature about the situation and recognize her mistake. I will be doing a revision rhinoplasty within the next few months with Dr. Stein and I hope that he can fix my nose. The moral of this review is to be careful with Dr. Gregg. Mistakes can happen, and she made a huge one during my surgery. But she couldn't confess to it and had no desire to fix it.

Dr.Gregg is the best in the business as far as interaction I have had from beginning to end. Her staff is top notch and kind. She is smart and so considerate and just a good person and 30 plus years experience. I chose her based on all of the above and am thankful.

I was so happy with my results. I had upper bleph (eye lids) and bilateral brow lift surgery 2 years ago. The results were better than I even expected! My eyebrows sit up on my brow bone where they should be and my makeup no longer smears all over my face from all the sagging skin above my eyes. I trust Dr Gregg totally and have even scheduled my self for lower face interventions in the future. Her office staff are very kind, compassionate, and customer focused. I have also volunteered to speak to any patients that would like to talk to someone who has had surgery.
