Over the past fourteen years I have performed over 2000 aesthetic breast surgeries, both primary surgeries and extensive revisions on less than desired outcomes from other surgeons. I also perform many post- breast cancer reconstructions as well every year. I have written numerous papers and book chapters in various breast related subjects, and serve as a LEAD consultant and Advisory Board member for Mentor Implants.

He was very nice, he listened, and I felt more than confident that he would deliver and he did just that. I had my implants removed (the were out in by another doctor) and the procedure was easy and quick. The best part are my scars look great. I am a year post op. If I choose to get more implants or a great lift in the future, this is where I will be going.
Best decision I have ever made. Hands down! Dr. Pelletiere was kind and professional. Always willing to answer any and all questions. He was patient with me and not to mention, I LOVE my results. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Chris is the best! I had fat transfer to the lower eye and smile lines. I have a wedding in a few weeks and desperately needed a face refresh. Dr. Pelletiere is a master. I recently had a neck lift and the work was excellent. The scars were minimal and the pain was quite manageable. Even my hairdresser said the work was done by a master. I don't have the luxury of hiding my scars with hair since my hair is quite short. However, unless you are looking as though through a microscope you cannot detect anything.
