A comprehensive facial exam should be performed before determining if you are a candidate for dermal filler treatment. That being said, due to the complexity of under-eye filler treatment, it is difficult to determine if you are a candidate or not without an in-person examination. In patients who are candidates, Restylane or Juvederm would be appropriate.
A hyaluronic acid filler such as Restylane or Juvederm would be appropriate for your cosmetic needs.
The skin and tissue around the eyes are very thin and I would not recommend filler treatment for the upper eyelid area in any circumstance. The best recommendation for overall eye appearance is surgery by an oculoplastic surgeon.
