I know that you are very concerned about the swimming there is a parent. You are a little more than a week out postoperative and this can happen. Make sure that you consult your surgeon and it here to his or her suggestions and use ice judiciously as well as Motrin and Advil to help with inflammation and swelling. If your symptoms do not improve then make sure that you follow up with your surgeon.

I understand your concerns, However, I can only tell you my experiences with the Thermiva. Yes the thermiva will definitely help with tightening loose vulvar tissue. However, you should talk with your physician to further evaluate whether or not this would be the right thing for you. 

Looks as though there is some obvious swelling. Use Ice and ibuprofen. Call your surgeon if swelling gets worse. 

I definitely wouldn't continuously massage the area because it I definitely would not continue to constantly massage the area. I would use aloe vera as well as Vitamin E oil on a regular basis to improve integrity as well as using ice three to four times per day for approximately 45 minutes.

Ma'am your labia are a bit swollen...However, give it the time to heal.... and let sutures dissolve. Continue to follow up with your surgeon... The procedure looks great.
