The longer you wait to fix the tooth with a bonding or crown the less likely the symptoms will reverse without more invasive treatment to eliminate pain. Hypersensitivity is common after a breakage and the expose substructure is often sensitive to cold, air and chewing if the tooth is still vital or healthy.

ASK FOR TREATMENT OPTIONS TO REPAIR THE BREAKAGE AND THE DOCTOR WILL EVALUATE THE TOOTH TO DETERMINE IF THE TOOTH WILL BENEFIT FROM A VENEER OR CROWN TO PROTECT THE TOOTH FROM FUTURE FRACTURES OR INJURY. Don't wait you may lose the narrow window to reverse symptoms.  Good luck.  Teeth are a good investment and infected teeth can make you sick or cause pain.

Disinfection of Invisalign trays is very important.  Never use toothpaste or abrasive cleaners on aligner.  Over the counter denture cleaners are  recommended.  If soft debris is on the aligner use a very soft brush to remove any debris before soaking.

Quick solutions for chipped teeth may be bonding for the two front teeth as a temporary solution, if you have more than an third of the teeth missing.  For long-term stability and strength, Veneers are a better option.  Veneers are more conservative than full coverage Crowns.  If there is nerve damage associated with the fractures a tooth, a Crown is the best option due to discoloration associated with nerve damage.

Veneers and Lumineers are great options to correct spaces, and unattractive teeth.  Lumineers works well on small teeth. misshaped teeth and dark teeth

Veneers does the same as Lumineers but it will not appear as bulk and give a more natural look.  

If you want only 4 Veneers YOU MUST LOVE your canines teeth.  6 Veneers in most cases will appear more natural and you do not have to worry about natural tooth discoloration of real enamel.  Porcelain can not be bleached.
