It's amazing how a fix so small could boost my confidence so much!

I'm 31. I had Botox for the first time in early December 2020 to address forming glabella lines that persisted even when my face was relaxed. Dr. Hinojosa was so sweet and explained my options. It's amazing how a fix so small could boost my confidence so much! I have an appointment come early April for round two!I have sensitive skin, but I did not experience any bruising. I just had some persistent redness that went away within twenty-four hours and sensitivity to the touch in that area for 2-3 days.

5'4" 125 Lbs, 10.5cm BWD 32AA

I had my initial consultation 3 weeks ago and have been increasingly excited for the big day to come! Next week is my 2 week pre-op and I can hardly wait. My Stats are: 5'4" 125 lbs 10cm BWD 33 years old 3 kids I am looking to get 400cc cohesive silicone implants. I am adding some wish pictures (thank you RS) that I have given to my plastic surgeon. I've been researching on this site for the last few months and I'm so thankful for all you ladies who have shared your journeys and stats, so much so that I wanted to contribute. 20 DAYS!! Updated on 6 Mar 2021: I called my surgeon yesterday to ask her advice for my size range. I couldn't take not knowing her recommendation any longer, even though my pre-op is this coming Tuesday. She recommended the 250-300cc range! 300cc was my original gut feeling before I went into my initial consultation back in February. When I tried on the sizers they were SO wide on me it was like a giant uniboob, haha. The projection of the 400cc looked like what I wanted to go with but I knew it didn't make very much sense (where would all the extra volume go??). I'm so happy and relieved to know the range that will fit my petite frame. I will be adding before pictures soon. Good luck to all you lovely ladies that are in this journey with me!! Updated on 8 Mar 2021: Here are my before pictures. My left chest wall/ribs stick out further than my right side. My PS said I have roughly 10cc of breast tissue on my right side, and 20cc on my left. I am really looking forward to having my surgery in 2 weeks! I have my pre-op tomorrow morning to finalize the details. Updated on 8 Mar 2021: My husband found some silicone breast forms on Amazon shortly after my consultation because the rice sizers were just not cutting it for me, haha. The rice sizers were too lumpy and very uncomfortable, I'm a very visual person so I was thankful when he found these. I am using the set that is the equivalent of 300cc per side (600cc total). I know they are not 100% accurate as to what I will end up looking like but they definitely help and seem to be very comparable to the dimensions of the Natrelle implants I am looking at. I've been wearing them around the house to get used to the weight and size before the big day. I also just got some fruit of the loom recovery bras from Amazon (the blue bra). By reading others posts on RS I discovered the Natrelle app so you can get some sort of visual, so helpful! I love this community sharing all their finds!! On another note, I've already purchased my calvin klein bralette that is super popular on here. Hehe! Looking forward to my after pictures with it!! Updated on 8 Mar 2021: I decided to update some of my before pictures, so I deleted a few from my previous post (my husband didn't take the photos I wanted. lol) Anyway, I hope these help someone out there. I'm really loving the look of the Silicone Breast Forms and excited for the real thing in 2 weeks. Updated on 22 Mar 2021: I am very bandaged up so I can’t peek at them unfortunately. But I’m so glad it’s all done!! She couldn’t fit more than 250cc and I don’t even care! Lol! I’m home and resting looking forward to my check up tomorrow. My PS is amazing and very meticulous. She called me last night to check on me and also called this evening to make sure everything is going well. I slept so well last night! I pray I can sleep well tonight too. Updated on 23 Mar 2021: Well, I could only sleep about 2 hours last night. Not because of pain or anything but because my mind would not shut down. So needless to say I’m very tired but I figured I’ll be napping throughout the day anyway. I have a lot of tightness in my left breast and I don’t have as good a range of motion on that side like I do on my right since it’s so tender. I’m so happy that I’m now post op day one and really looking forward to my check up at 1:15pm. My whole life I’ve felt like I had phantom boob, as I call it. Always feeling like someone who is missing a limb but in this case missing boobs. I’m just so thankful to have been able to get this surgery. I’ll post some photos later today! Updated on 23 Mar 2021: I had my 24 hour post op appointment and everything looks great! I go back in one week for my next check up. I got to try on some bralettes that I cold never fill out before with my husband’s help of course. Looking forward to the drop and fluff adventure!! I had to stop taking my pain medication because they were making me so loopy and dizzy. My PS switched me to extra strength Tylenol instead and now I’m slowly starting to feel more normal. Updated on 25 Mar 2021: Today was a much better day! I figured out my pain meds and had a great day feeling more like my normal self. I measured myself and I’m a 30DD or 32D. That exactly what I was wanting to be by the end of it. A quick update of my stats: 33 years old 3 kids 5’5” 125 lbs Started 32A BWD 10.5cm 250cc Natrelle round smooth cohesive implants Updated on 1 Apr 2021: Sorry for the late one week update. Everything is going great and looks good. There are some flat spots that are working themselves out and are getting rounder each day. The implants are settling at their own pace, my left side is settling faster than my right. If they are still high at my 2 week appointment she will give me a band to help them get into place. At first the weight of the implants felt like they were too much and it was hard to take deep breath’s of air but that has subsided and I can yawn like normal again. I’m guessing that’s because they are sub muscular. I had a really hard time when I stopped taking the pain pills prescribed by my PS. Not because of pain, but because my body basically had every side effect listed. 24 hrs after the meds had worn off was really really bad. Just FYI for those out there that may be sensitive to meds. Getting up and going for walks was definitely a huge part of the recovery. Staying still always slows the healing down. The swelling took 9 days to go down so I finally feel like myself, which is not reflected in these photos that I’m posting now from day 7. Updated on 12 Apr 2021: My PS removed the steri-strips and gave me a band to help the implants go into place faster. Everything is looking and feeling much better! My PS is fantastic, the scars are basically going to be invisible!! Updated on 12 Apr 2021: I have been wearing the band for a week now and the left side has definitely moved lower but the right side is being very stubborn. I created a milestone collage because they have changed so much in such a short time! I hope my journey is helping someone! Updated on 12 May 2021: All is going very well. Both have settled nicely into place and are very comfortable. They have softened tremendously also. I have not been able to take update pictures in a while, but I will try to soon maybe for my eight week update. My PS lifted all my restrictions at 6 weeks. I have been sleeping very comfortably on my sides, running, and doing most things normally. I still avoid doing too much lifting just out of extra caution at this time. I love the way my shirts fit so well now and I don't have to rely on super uncomfortable bras with ultra padding and wires to give me the illusion of boobs then gap when I bend over (that was so annoying my whole life). Now I can go with or without a bra most anywhere which is AMAZING. I got 2 Victoria Secret wire bras on clearance before my surgery and have only worn one of them one time. I love getting to wear ultra soft lounging bras most of the time when I go places.
