Worth It24 months Post-Op

Very pleased

I had a quick lift procedure as well as upper and lower eyelid surgery at Pure Facial Plastic Surgery. I had severe sagging of my lower face, eyelids and my neck made me look much older than I am. Hesitant at First, but Best Decision I Ever Made!

Even though I am only 52, my eyelids were starting to droop. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Cook to get his recommendations. He was very professional and thorough. We decided on an upper eyelid lift. The procedure was painless and the bruising/swelling was minimal (I followed the post op directions carefully.) My family says I look ten years younger! Best decision ever!!!

Great Experience and Will Be Returning for All my Injections!

I saw in the Herald Citizen newspaper the special that was running for Pure Facial Plastic Surgery & Medspa and was very interested in the Bellafill. I have been getting fillers for years and was looking for a new place to go. I did my research on the Bellafill and then I called to make an appointment for this and botox to be done. Satisfied Customer!!

Dr. Cook and his staff were nothing but nice to me. I went there because I have not had a good experience with Botox since I moved back to the area 2 years ago. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. From a follow up text the next day to having me return to add more Botox because I have severe lines on my forehead. Because I am pretty picky and do not want to see the line at all he invited me back at no charge to insert a filler. Now that is how you treat
