Even though I am only 52, my eyelids were starting to droop. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Cook to get his recommendations. He was very professional and thorough. We decided on an upper eyelid lift. The procedure was painless and the bruising/swelling was minimal (I followed the post op directions carefully.) My family says I look ten years younger! Best decision ever!!!

I saw in the Herald Citizen newspaper the special that was running for Pure Facial Plastic Surgery & Medspa and was very interested in the Bellafill. I have been getting fillers for years and was looking for a new place to go. I did my research on the Bellafill and then I called to make an appointment for this and botox to be done. He was very professional and the injections were done in minutes. Within 2 days I had noticed that my left side of my face was not the same as the right side so I called to find out what they usually do about situations like this & talked to the nurse who said to make another appointment and Dr. Cook will look at my face. When I went back in Dr. Cook looked at my face and he agreed that one side was not the same, so he went and returned with more Bellafill to fix the problem and told me there would be no charge for that appointment. I was very relieved and my face looks wonderful!! Thanks so much to Dr. Cook and staff!!!

Dr. Cook and his staff were nothing but nice to me. I went there because I have not had a good experience with Botox since I moved back to the area 2 years ago. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. From a follow up text the next day to having me return to add more Botox because I have severe lines on my forehead. Because I am pretty picky and do not want to see the line at all he invited me back at no charge to insert a filler. Now that is how you treat a customer to make them want to keep coming back. I am so glad I found him and will continue to utilize his services.

I had a remarkable experience with Pure Facial Plastic Surgery. The staff was friendly and courteous at all time. Stacey had so much knowledge on hair transplants and did not just try to sell me a procedure. Stacey made sure that we knew every step of the process by text messaging. She makes sure that the price of the surgery compares to your budget, and what you need pertaining to your type of hair lost.Youcan tell that she enjoy her job. Which most of the other hair transplant companies, I went to before did not. They have all the latest technology like the Artists robot for Hair transplant surgery and PRP, so the recovery is not as long . I was finish and ready to go after a few hours, for someone that always have a million things to do and can not wait a long recovery this was great.
