You're safe to have botox. Botox will not alter nor promote cancer cell growth. Make sure to go to an experienced provider that will review your medical history in detail and go over the aesthetic plan of care with you. 

Your tattoos look like the garden variety tattoo and removal is relatively standard using the Cynosure Picosure tattoo laser.  The laser utilizes to wavelengths with the 532 nm and 755 nm.  The 532 nm is for orange, reds and yellows and lighter colored.  The 755 nm is for darker colors and works well on blacks.  The tattoos will be substantially gone within 5-6 treatments but removing it until undetectable may take twice as long.  Some of the archaiec means such as as acids, abrasives approaches are more pain and less results.  Go with the Doctor who has the best technology for the best results. 

Removing a little fat with Sculpsure should be a hone run.  Any body contouring treatment has to manage expectations.  I would expect that you would see results at 12 weeks.  I offer 2 treatments because I'm sure with two treatments in an area you should see a result and I didn't want to hear what you are saying now that you didn't see a result.  I would undergo the second treatment.  Cynosure talks about "treat to complete" but there is always a return on your investment and you expect results.  They are subtle but they have an 83% satisfaction so clearly it must work. Contrary to cool sculpting that can cause bruising, numbness, and takes twice the time to complete a treatment and can be painful during the treatment.  Let me know how you do after the second treatment.  It made a difference for me.

As we get older we all develop skin laxity.  The neck, arms and abdomen are common areas.   The neck is most amenable to doing a combo of Ultherapy and Skintyte.  Ultherapy is an ultrasonic tacking technology which if layered well can have good results.  The Skintyte uses an Infrared heating technology to provide add results.  The combo of the two is my go to!  Add alittle Kybella for submittal fat pad and bring it all together.

As we get older we develop deeper wrinkles around the mouth and eyes.  The Sciton Halo will do more subtle wrinkles and the best treatment from Sciton would be a contour TRL ablative laser.  The CO2 Fraxel laser is similar in results to the contour TRL for an ablative resurfacing around the mouth and eyes.  The more aggressive the treatment the longer the down time.  Halo's can be dIled up to be more aggressive, the Contour TRL is more aggressive and a Fraxel CO2 is even more aggressive and again increases down time.
