I got my procedure done by Dr. Howard! He is truly amazing. I just turn 21, and had no boobs. So I decided one day to get breast augmentation. I had did a lot of research and found that Dr. Howard was the best in town, so I decided to give him a visit. When I went for the consultation the staff was so friendly, the place was nice. They made sure they answer every question I had before I left. The after result is great! He did such a great job, under my shirt you cant tell that I had procedure done, but when I wear a bikini its enough to show cleavage and it look so natural that it look like my very own.
I was interested because I had obvious saddlebags (outer thigh area) and it was always a trouble spot for me. I went to Dr. Howard and had Smart Lipo on my outer thighs, inner knee area, and back area. I saw results immediately and was so relieved that my trouble area was no longer an issue. The procedure lasted a few hours and I drove myself to and from the appointment. I am so pleased with the results that I am going back again for my inner thighs!
I had Fraxel Laser treatment for Rosacea with fabulous results. Not only did the laser treatment help the redness but also there was an added benefit of smoother more toned facial skin. I constantly get comments on how glowing and young looking my skin appears. Many people are shocked that I am 52 claiming I look 10 years younger. I would highly recommend the Fraxel Laser and Dr. Brian Howard for this service.

My surgery from it did not take long, less pain, and the cost was fair. My clothes fit me nice and I don't look like I'm about 7 months pregnant or just had a baby. I wish I had did it a long time age.
When I first started my Fraxel treatment to fade my surgical scars I bought a series of 6 Fraxel sessions because that is the estimated number of sessions required to fade such dark scars. After 3 of the 6 Fraxel sessions, Dr. Howard told me it was likely the scars would completely fade out after a year without any more Fraxel sessions. But to speed up the process of fading, Dr. Howard did the fourth session and said it was likely that I was done with my treatments, and said that over the course of a year the scars should continue to fade out on their own without requiring my last 2 Fraxel sessions. The scars do continue to fade and I am pretty sure that he is right that will not need to use my last 2 sessions. Dr. Howard obviously only does what is needed to get the result you want! I contacted Dr Howard in 2004 because the implants I had from 1979 had failed. I had been extremely ill and surgery had had to wait until my health and my finances improved. Dr Howard was so helpful and explained all the risks and worked with my other doctors to minimize that risk. I had saline implants and replaced them with saline because at the time, silicone implants were banned. I was very happy with the results from my 2005 surgery. I was also very happy that Dr Howard and his office staff had made certain that I knew about the insurance on my new saline implants! Fast forward to June 2012, I noticed that one of my implants had deflated. I was on a trip when this happened and I looked at my schedule and saw only one opportunity within the next few months to have the implants replaced. I upgraded to silicone implants which I would have done the last time had they been available and I am delighted! I am certain most people who have breast augmentation are happy with the results but how many people can say that the third time is truly the best! Dr Howard made it a very easy surgery and in only a week, I am back to normal. Thank you so much for all your help and attention.
I had a need to replace my left implant. I made the switch to silicone at this time.
I wanted my breasts the way they were prior to having a child.
To feel better about my appearance. Well worth it
Thanks for the question. Each surgeon has their set of recovery restrictions for their patients, and these may vary widely between doctors and patients. For this reason, it is best to closely follow the advice from your surgeon in order to minimize your risks during the healing process. Best wishes!
It is certainly possible to follow up a tummy tuck with liposuction, but it is far too early to make that determination currently in your case. I typically delay any planned post-abdominoplasty liposuction by at least six months to allow adequate time for swelling to diminish. Be patient after your tummy tuck as it is possible that you will not need any additional surgery! Best wishes!
Thanks for the question. In short, you will not look thin within 5 days. SmartLipo is a true surgery, which will lead to swelling after surgery. This swelling typically lasts for months afterward, and I admonish my patients to wait at least six months to see their final result. I hope this answer helps!
It sounds as if this has not been a smooth process for you and I am sorry to hear this. I recommend you consult with a different board certified plastic surgeon in your area for a second opinion. Most breast augmentation issues are correctable, so I encourage you to keep your head up! Best wishes!
There are always potential complications from any surgery including liposuction. In qualified surgeons' hands, these should be minimal. Consult with your plastic surgeon to discuss the risks involved. Best wishes!
