I’ve been seeing Dr. Cohen for Botox (and sometimes filler) since 2017, and I highly recommend him. I even go out of my way to his Great Neck office because the results last so much longer and look better than anywhere else I’ve tried. He’s also super honest—never pushes extra treatments and sometimes even suggests I do less. He really cares about what’s best for me and achieving optimal results. His med spa is amazing, and Effie is simply the best. She’s so knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and most importantly, she gets results. After losing almost 100 pounds from my pregnancy, I was left with a saggy neck that really bothered me. Effie recommended a six-treatment laser package, once a month, and I decided to go for it. I’m so glad I did—the results are incredible and have made a bigger difference in my appearance than I ever imagined. Such a great experience here! The staff is amazing and the results are even better.
My experience at Dr. Cohen’s Med Spa has been exceptional. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Effie is wonderful and takes the time to explain different options and services and describes exactly what she is doing during procedures. I have had cool sculpting and a hydra facial so far, and I am extremely satisfied with my results - I haven’t felt this good about how I look in years. I am looking forward to taking advantage of the many services they offer in the future.
Terrible experience. He never discussed pricing and proceeded to inject a whole lot more Botox than I came in for, wanted, or requested. When I gasped at the bill they promised to make it right if I came back next time. Why they couldn’t adjust it then was ridiculous but I agreed to come back. On the next visit he started throwing a tantrum that he wasn’t going to make anything right but I could have a facial at a reduced rate, which I declined. The whole thing was deplorable. From the little boy tantrum to the “reduced rate” for something I didn’t want, I could not ever recommend him. Shameful and unprofessional behavior.
