I know it wasn’t absolutely necessary and many would argue it wasn’t at all needed! But at 52 years old, still maintaining good healthy skin elasticity, I decided to take the plunge and be proactive with my journey in aging. I had lip filler/botox/nasolabial fold filler/chin filler Dr Brent knows what he is doing my results are natural looking I tell all my friends to go to him i will continue to go to him so glad I found a local doc that does a great job :)

Consultation Review: Knowledge is power for lip lift

This review is based on an over the phone consultation with Dr. Koch. I had seen his work on real self that was amazing so I contacted his office. Deb (the coordinator) was really quick and responsive. Dr. Brenton Koch called me back after sending my pictures and told me his honest opinion. Worth It5 days Post-Op

Bye Bye Thin Lips - Des Moines, IA

Less than a week until my scheduled lip lift. So glad I found this site. I've always had thin lips but as stated so often, time is not a friend of the lip. My philtrum is now 21mm. My dr sugested removing 1cm. I was a little freaked out by that amount but after reading how several gals went back to have more removed to get the desired effect, I will consider it. I'll be bringing several pictures of lips and tooth show that I like and also some that I don't. I have full trust
