Hello everyone I am new to this site I have read a lot of breast reduction stories can anyone give any tips on what to expect for my first appt with the doctor I am so ready to have this done I think my breast are 40ddd not to sure cause I can wear some 38ddd bras as well my breast are heavy & my back hurts a lot I am 5ft 2in so I am short holding all this weight ugh.. Updated on 8 Sep 2014: So today I call my insurance company and they told me I was approved for my surgery yes I am so happy I sent my doctors nurse an email letting them know I was approved by insurance company I am so happy... Updated on 22 Sep 2014: I have my surgery date as of today my breast reduction surgery is set for October the 1st I am so excited and nervous and it just really hit me that i will have smaller breast in a week and a few days.. Updated on 19 Oct 2014: Updated on 25 Oct 2014: I am healing good only have pain in the mornings when I wake up I have a question How many of you lady's have left your compression or sports bra off for a day or a few hours I have just for some relief I was told I have to wear it all day and night for 6 to 8 weeks and what is a good bra to wear that's comfortable enough to have on all day and night I have zip front sports bra it's ok.. I don't see my doctor again until next month but I am ok just been resting up I love my breast I post a new picture of them later on today.. Updated on 25 Oct 2014: I sport bar rolls up on my suture line and it's very uncomfortable for me so tonight I used two period pad and put on my suture line and put the sport bra back on and now I happy comfortable they sale bra liners on Amazon I think I am going order some of them now I can wear my sports bra a little more.. So lady's try it out its helps..
