I couldn't be happier with my experience and results from my second breast augmentation. After dealing with capsular contracture in my right breast, I was honestly nervous going into this process but Dr. Richland and the entire team completely put me at ease. From the very beginning, they were incredibly thorough, attentive, and thoughtful in every step of my care. They truly made me feel seen and special, never rushed, and always supported. After waiting six years until I was done nursing both of my kids, this procedure meant so much to me, and they honored that in the way they treated me. The healing process was a little longer than I anticipated, but I genuinely appreciate that Dr. Richland took all the proper steps to ensure everything was done safely and correctly. The follow-up care was consistent and reassuring, which made a huge difference in my recovery. Most importantly, they helped restore my confidence in a way I didn't realize I needed. I am beyond happy with how everything turned out and so grateful for the care, precision, and compassion I received throughout the entire journey.

Hailey and Liana were the absolute sweetest, and they made me feel super welcome and comfortable throughout checking in, looking at my options, and offering the service. I am so grateful to be one of the people they reached out too because they reassured me that they wanted me to be comfortable throughout the whole experience and whatever I was willing to do. They let me know what each different service offers and the benefits of each one, which made me feel happy knowing all my options before picking one that I am happy with. I am so excited to see my results from a huge insecurity I have, I wouldn’t have wanted my first laser experience to be anywhere else. They truly take their time explaining everything and ensuring you are doing what you’re comfortable with. If you’re on the fence like me for getting laser or anything else, just come in for a consult and see what they have to offer you! I’m positive you’ll be satisfied with everything!

Dr Richland is phenomenal! I am so glad I picked him to be my surgeon! He is amazing and 100% gave me his all. He is a true artist and has given me all the confidence in the world! An absolutely A M A Z I N G facial with Liana!! Facials aren’t something I would consider normal for me but they will be after my experience here! Liana was super knowledgeable and explained what products she was using on me, and I was able to get amazing info about their other services! 10/10 recommended as your new go to wellness provider in Vegas!

Secrete Gem! Walked into this stunning luxury med spa called Richland Aesthetics. It was so clean and immaculate ( new ) love their products and the esthetician Liana was the best!! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I recently tried trap tox, and I have to admit, I was pretty hesitant at first. I wasn’t sure if it was the right choice for me, but Sarah and Jackie were incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process. Once the Botox was applied, I felt an almost immediate sense of relaxation it’s as though a weight I didn’t realize I was carrying was lifted. On top of that, the aesthetic benefits are a bonus. If you’re considering trap tox, I highly recommend reaching out to Sarah and Jackie. Their support and skill made all the difference for me!

The office is always a pleasure to come to! The people are so nice, and really helpful. I don’t have a lot of knowledge when it comes to skincare and injectable's, but they really take the time to explain everything and make sure it’s in a way that you understand to get you the best result.
