While I'm very pleased w my results so far, I'm still experiencing intense pain on day 9 after bbl. I had lipo of my flanks and Abs which I had to gain weight for. I went to my consultation at 115 pounds and gained 25 in a year to hv the procedure, not sure if my small size is why it's hurting so bad. Updated on 5 Aug 2016: Still in a lot of pain in my butt...literally Happy with the results but anyone think the smaller you are and the more aggressive the lipo, the more pain? It's day 10 and I still can't get comfortable. Lots of lower back and nerve things going on. Swelling is up and down and I sometimes feel im.walking through cement. Updated on 5 Aug 2016: I've been a pro fighter n trainer half my life even competed in Fitness shows for years, was always extremely self concious about my bum and even being a gym rat and putting in work would not develop my glutes enough. I was teased for way too long from guys and girls and tired of wearing flannels around my waist and at gym. I am 3 days post surgery and already I am very happy with the results! I am 37yrs old and had my chin, jowl area done. For the last 10yrs I have noticed there was something about my profile that I absolutely HATED!!! I am 5'3" currently 155, but even at 140 I was unhappy with my profile. It aged me and gave me no definition. I was EXTREMELY nervous one week before the procedure. I started Arnicare Pellets (homeopathic) 3 days prior to procedure. The procedure took a solid 2hrs, other than the local anesthia (sp?) I took 2 Lorazapan's and 1 Vicidin. The 2hrs sped by and I only felt 1 poke the entire time! I had my tummy tuck and Brazilian butt done with the surgeon I was draining from my buttocks for six months I had fever chills I was so miserable his excuse was everything was fine he gave my antibiotics like 3 x My Primary care send me to referral to affection disease because my buttocks was draining all the time. The drainage stop six months I waited for year .I went to another plastic surgery I had it fix I’m happy on my resultsI have to fix my tummy tuck . The only thing he’s good at is the smart liposuction that’s all

I had SmartLIpo on saddlebags and banana on 3/24/09. The procedure did not hurt and the Staff was awesome. I started the pain meds same day and went for my follow up the next day. By 3/31/09 the right side was full of liquid and the pain was unebarable. Doctore said I should have gone in sooner to have it drained out. Three days later it filled up again, found out I had Seroma. Having to be drained was horrible even with the novacaine shots. I wear my garment 24 hours a day and do everything I am told. Today is 4/4/09 and the pain is better. No liquid buildup but both legs hurt, some areas are numb and hard, and I cant sleep without pain killers. I have a followup on Wednesday and I am trying to be optimisic. I still have to do my inner thighs but now I am scared that I am not a good candidate. Its my first surgery and even though I am a Super Healthy, Gym Rat, Kickboxing teacher, 44 years old who looks and feels 30, this hurts a lot and the recovery period is not a couple of days as they say. My best friend had 6 procedures, is out of shape, never works out and yet she was back at work on day 2. I am icing today and trying to massage but the pain is horrible.
