Barry Resnik, MD

My skin has been prone to acne since I was a teenager. Throughout the years I have visited more dermatologist than I can count. I'm in my 30s now and I still breakout while also dealing with acne scarring. Dr. Resnik has been so far the best dermatologist I have visited. He first treated my acne and then recommended Bellafill to deal with my acne scarring. I can't explain how happy I am with the results. He has done wonders for my skin and self-esteem. He always made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in the best hands. I highly recommend Dr. Resnik. He's definitely the best in South Florida.

So far I am very happy with the treatment. I felt that I wasted so much money on lasers and peels without any improvement. I found a great doctor who offers this as an acne scar treatment. Dr. Resnick from Aventura, FL and his staff were great and I recommend this treatment for anybody who has acne scars.

I have to commend Dr. Resnik's staff. But Dr. Resnik himself began on a good note, and, as the treatments proceeded, he became very sloppy. He injected me in the face, without sterilizing the area. As a result, I ended up in hospital with a serious infection. He also made a racist remark to me, suggesting in a snarky tone that I "celebrated Quanza." When I asked the clinic to send my medical records on to another doctor, my record was distorted so that the new clinic rejected me. I was told by the new clinic that his office stated that I was allergic. My infection (from a lack of sterilisation) was not due to allergies.

All they care about it's how much money they could make from you they don't really care about your feelings I've asked a few times Barry the doctor to help me with my situation because I was in a pretty desperate situation and asking questions that I only normal being the fact that I am a name dilemma with scars on my face and in the beginning he seem to be cooperative but then kind of died out and it left me to think that he doesn't care and only things of making money all false promises be careful
