Dr. Baldev Singh was great. Staff was great and helpful. The actual procedure was painful, but after that i was fine. I wasn't in major pain the next day and afterwards. I had the compression garment on for 3 months.
I had surgery with Dr. Sandhu two years ago and the pictures pretty much speak for themselves. Really glad I chose Dr. Sandhu, he and his staff were excellent to work with. Recovery time was about 2 weeks till the soreness wore off completely.
Dr. Sandhu, is always polite, patient and professional. I used Dr. Sandhu for emsculpt and had great results. His practice offers the latest technology and is a convenient location for Bergen County residents.
I had a great experience with Dr. Sandhou. The staff was friendly and professional, I was comfortable and relaxed during the entire hair transplant procedure. I did a lot of research, so I knew the right questions to ask, the Dr. was patient and thorough in answering all of them. Basically I got exactly what I came in for. The results were so good, I couldn’t be happier.
Dr Sandhu has been my doctor for 12 years. He did surgery for my family and myself. I'm very pleased with his work. He is professional, He will always explain the procedure , available on the phone when needed for questions. very pleased with his work. Staff in the office is professional.
I had the EmSculpt done to my abdomen and the results led me to get it done to the gluts as well. It is amazing! Being able to feel the work of 20,000 squats/crunches while laying down seems unreal, but completely possible. The staff was super sweet and accommodating and DR Sandhu really worked with me to target my goals. I recommend EmSculpt studio to anyone that is a candidate. You will not regret it, the results really pay off.
I am so happy with my results from Dr Sandhu!I finally was able to get rid of my stubborn double chin fat, and get a slim face with more definition on my jaw line! I have never looked better and I can't stop getting compliments! He is an amazing dr. Who made my self confidence go up! I finally achieved the look I was working towards. I had the procedure on a Friday and I was back to work on a Monday! Great recovery and like he said I would continue to see more results as the months go by. Now 6 months later, my face looks amazing. I have no fat on my chin and my neck is so slim. I truly want to thank Dr Sandhu for helping me!
Dr. Sandhu was really nice, really attentive and did an excellent job on my fillers! I will definitely be coming back to his office again for my touch up among the many other things that he offers at his office!
My body is in pretty good shape, was looking to tone up a bit more. I was passing by the mall, spoke to the girl at the front desk, and decided to make an appt to meet with Dr. Sandhu. Him and his staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. My schedule is kind of crazy so I really liked the fact that they're open late and on Saturdays as well. Well worth the price!
Stay away from this Medspa at all cost. I had an IPL laser treatment and was burned quite badly due to gross negligence of this establishment. I have had Picolaser treatments here before, and never had any adverse reactions, so I did not think I would have had a problem with an IPL laser. Prior to the administration of the laser, I was never informed of the risks of the procedure nor signed a consent form. A patch test was never done, which after my burns, I learned should always be conducted before doing the procedure. The procedure was also done on the highest setting the first time it was administered. And on top of all that, the procedure was administered by Shannon, an aesthetician, and not the physician, Dr. Sandhu. In the state of New Jersey, I later found out that only a physician is legally allowed to use a laser on patients. During my procedure, I told Shannon that I was in extreme pain, but she ignored me and said that it was necessary to continue with additional passes of the laser to get the best results. The next morning, I woke up to facial burns all over the top of my head. Dr. Sandhu ADMITTED that it was HIS fault that I was burned by the laser, however, he never even offered to refund me for the procedure. I had to ask for my money back, and it took over 2 weeks to get a refund. Dr. Sandhu would keep telling me that he had processed the refund and it would post to my account any day, but it never did. Finally, with enough persistence on my part, he refunded me in cash. Dr. Sandhu and he had me come into the office on Tuesday morning, after telling me to simply use Aquaphor and Neosporin on my face upon examining the photos of the burns that I texted him. On my Tuesday appointment, he told me to stop all treatment on my face and allow it to heal on its own. My skin was still quite red, and there were holes in my skin. I received the same advice the following Tuesday during my next check-up appointment. Something didn’t seem right to me, to not treat second-degree burns, so I visited a dermatologist, who told me that I needed to apply silver sulfadiazine and zinc oxide to my burns. Within four days, my skin healed better than it had in the two weeks that Dr. Sandhu told me to do nothing. I went to see Dr. Sandhu again four days later for a follow-up, and he said that my skin was healing amazingly fast (I wonder why?). He said he was going to place me on hydroquinone 8% for all the dark spots on my face where I was burned but did not have the product in the office. He asked me to return 2 hours later to pick up the product, but when I was already in the parking lot of the medspa, I received a call from his assistant that the wrong product had been delivered to his office and if I could come back again tomorrow to pick up the product. At this point, I was becoming quite frustrated with how much I was being inconvenienced for something that was not my fault, and the assistant handed over the phone to Dr. Sandhu. Dr. Sandhu always had a nonchalant, “I don’t care” attitude about the injury created to my face, and even told me on the phone that I was making a big deal over nothing—that his other clients have suffered worse and didn’t get as upset as I did. He then proceeded to slam the phone on me while I was trying to discuss when and how to obtain the hydroquinone medication. I tried to work with Dr. Sandhu to resolve this issue, but this physician lacks a is not only grossly negligent, but he is rude and lacks a conscious. He does not care in the least if he does harm to others and although he will admit he is wrong, will not do anything to resolve the issue. I am now stuck having to pay for the medical damages that Dr. Sandhu and his assistant Shannon have caused me.
This is a really excellent question. While there is no data examining this difference it seems obvious that since we are targeting muscle with Emsculpt the percentage increase resulting from the treatment will be greater (and therefore more visible) the more muscle you had to begin with. Since men generally have more muscle than women to begin with that gives you the answer. There is no evidence that hyper focused magnetic resonance (Emsculpt) has any direct effect on fat and fat loss is an indirect effect of having more muscle, with results visible about 8-10 weeks after the treatment. This is in contradistinction to cryolypolysis (Coolsculpt) and radio frequency (Exelis) which achieve results by cooling or heating fat cells directly. These are all different treatment options to achieve a tighter core and while they will rarely give you results equivalent to liposuction it is important to understand all the options available today and work with a plastic surgeon able to offer all the options. If cost is not an issue you always combine the different modalities to achieve the results you want.
Emsculpt is exercising your muscles. One session builds on the last just as in the gym so its best to follow the protocol and not to delay sessions unnecessarily
Male pattern baldness is progressive and I always recommend that patients have as many hair grafts as technically feasible at one setting to deny the necessity for subsequent surgeries as male pattern baldness progresses. It s easy for me to recommend that because I just charge for the day and not by the graft. the only reason to do less would be budgetary.
First let's clear the confusion caused by using brand names so that newbies reading this thread understand what is being talked about. Liposuction is simply the removal of fat through a small incision, akin to using a straw to suck out the subcutaneous fat. Unfortunately fat is not liquid and so techniques to melt the fat to make it easier to suck out were introduced. One of those techniques was to liquefy the fat using ultrasonic sound waves to liquefy the fat before extracting it. This is a good idea and vaser is a brand name for that company's ultrasonic technology, although I prefer the Lysonix ultrasound technology basically we are talking about the same thing. Ultimately however the technique used to remove the fat (although many companies will make far-fetched claims for their fat removal technique, wether it be water-jet, ultrasound or laser) matters less than the contours the surgeon leaves behind - that is where the artistry comes in - because nobody is going to see the fat that was sucked out, and is now in the waste. - what they are going to see is the contours the surgeon left behind. Most often the skin will shrink to show the contours and you will have nice tight skin but in some patients with poor elasticity the skin does not shrink and leaves flabby skin behind with obviously is not a desirable result. To avoid this, surgeons have started adding radiofrequency (RF) via cannulas inserted under the skin, through the same incisions used for the liposuction, RF is simply heat and by heating the skin to 65 degrees centigrade it will cause significant skin shrinkage, giving a better result. There are a number of RF devices being touted to the public of which Bodytite is one although I prefer the one made by Thermi. These corporate entities are always being bought and sold and although Thermi was the pioneer in the market and their name says it all (heat) they have been bought by Allmira and it looks as if they are no longer pushing the Thermi branding. Anyway, almost, every patient having liposuction should also have RF at the same time to ensure a better result and it adds about an hour to the procedure and will obviously cost more (especially since Bodytite is marketing their machine to doctors for $200,000 plus $450 in disposables each time the machine is used) Now you know that these brand names are simply marketing gimmicks for the underlying technologies you should choose a surgeon that is familiar with the physics and physiological results of the technologies they are using and also has good surgical technique and an excellent artistic eye to get the best possible result. If you have any doubt that heat cause skin shrinkage view the video link below with immediate before and afters of a woman with asymmetry of the breasts where I heated up her beast skin envelope and was able to get IMMEDIATE skin shrinkage to lift the breasts by 2centimetrs. Its an age restricted video and you may have to enter a search query in you tube (Thermi+Breast+Sandhu)to view it. But to answer your initial question the addition of RF does not prolong recovery time from liposuction. Hope this helps
It's difficult to judge your results because there are no pre and post pictures of the recipient site but after 15 months you are not going to see more results. Like all surgeries Neograft depends upon the skill and experience of the team doing the procedure and unfortunately there are a lot of practices out there that use rent-a-tech services to actually perform the procedures. These practices also tend to price their services by the graft which is totally stupid because any surgeon with experience in this field will tell you that it is impossible to predict the yield from any patient until you actually start extracting. The rectangular area that you are seeing is hypo-pigmentation of the entire shaved area which is rare, but can happen in people of color. The marks left by neograft harvesting are 1mm round and are usually visible as hypo pigmented dots which is not what you are experiencing. Finally hair transplant does not "work" for people who desire to wear their hair short because since hair transplant simply moves your existing hair around it only is useful in patients who let their hair grow long to camouflage the bare area (look at my picture on my website - which by the way is the one Neograft uses in their marketing).
