Dr.Preminger was always so kind and welcoming! She did an amazing job and I’m so thankful! This was truly a great experience and I feel so confident now. The whole staff was super nice as well! It was such a smooth procedure and healing was amazing. So glad I decided to go through with this procedure!

My 14 year old daughter had a breast reduction done by Dr Preminger. We are so grateful - the entire experience from start to finish has been outstanding and easy. Dr. Preminger is a master artist and can visualize and execute for the best outcome. Her staff are amazing and make you feel comfortable and calm. Our daughter only wanted a female surgeon so we looked for the best. She went from a G to a D and her life is forever altered for the better. She feels confident, happy and positive about how she looks.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Preminger. She's attentive, patient, kind and has put me completely at ease. Her staff is equally exceptional. Very responsive, proactive and calming. I was very specific in what I was looking to achieve with respect to a breast lift with implants and Dr. Preminger delivered. I could not be happier with my results. They look so natural! I wish I hadn't waited so long to do it. If you're looking for natural, perky small breasts after your original breasts have lost their oomph, Dr. Preminger is your surgeon.

After many years of contemplating this procedure and doing extensive research in finding a surgeon I trusted, I finally booked my consultation and then surgery with Dr. Preminger. Her experience, excellent skills, and confidence gave me the courage to go ahead with my Labiaplasty. It is such a personal and private procedure but the staff made me feel so welcome and calm through the whole process and answered any questions I had. The surgery itself was painless with local anesthesia and sedatives, and I was very comfortable under a warm blanket and with the nurse checking in on me through the whole procedure which was a little under 90 minutes or so. Dr. Preminger has her own operating room at her beautiful office, and it is very private, you are the only one there surrounded by care. Through the healing process, which after the first week, gets pretty easy, you have multiple follow ups to check in on you. I have one more follow up and after that, I can say, it is definitely a procedure well worth it!! Dr. Aviva Preminger is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and I felt that I was in very good hands through the whole experience! Thank you Dr. Aviva Preminger!!

I could not be happier with my brachioplasty (removal of "elephant" skin on both arms). I had extra skin hanging on my arms and after losing 50 lbs, despite the rest of me looking good, I was uncomfortable wearing anything sleeveless or short sleeves. Dr. Preminger did an amazing job and within several months of surgery I am in a sun dress! All of the muscles I worked on developing for years now look great! Her staff is lovely, competent and caring. The day of surgery I felt very well taken care of. Excellent follow up as well. And, I had no pain (some discomfort easily managerd). I only wish I had done this earlier!

Could not be happier with my abdominoplasty that I had last month. I had a TT with MR and Lipo on the flanks. The staff in this office is bar none. They are incredibly caring and make you feel so comfortable. Dr. Preminger's work is truly amazing and she shares all details with realistic expectations. Her care and attention to the patient post op is her secret sauce. Do not think twice about booking your surgery with this office!

I met Dr. Preminger in August of 2022 and within 2 months I was on the operating table. I've had large breasts since puberty (12 years-old) and pretty much was told they would go away with weight gain. My teenage years and my early twenties was filled with constant back and shoulder pain. At the time of my reduction I was coming up to a 36H. It's been a year and a few months later and I'm very pleased with my results. I'm still working on my back issues, but life has been a lot easier and less taxing on my body. I was always hunching over, and again with the surgery and my trainer, I'm doing a lot better. Before going into surgery Dr. Preminger made me feel like I was in capable hands, and I did consider her to my mom in that moment as she held my hand as I went under. Part of my surgery included removing my areola as they were large themselves, so I only have nipples now. Friends and female family members agree they look just as they looked, before aka didn't lose their personality. I've recommended Dr. Preminger to 3 people now and I will continue to do so.

The consultation: I was seen at the time of my appointment. Dr. Preminger spent about 30+ minutes with me reviewing my expectations and desired outcome. She took measurements and explained my options and the procedure. She is kind, thorough, brilliant.
The surgery went just as she described. All of the nurses and staff in the surgery center were so kind (and all female). Her surgery center was incredibly clean! I felt so comfortable and at home. Follow up was great. And the outcome is exactly what i desired and how she set my expectations. Cannot recommend her and her staff enough!!

Dr. Preminger is AMAZING! She was able to reconstruct and restore my earlobes after a very botched revision from another plastic surgeon that left me with very misshapen tiny lobes. She is very open and honest, very kind and caring. She patiently talked me through each step she was going to take to "remake" my lobes. I am thrilled with the results.
