love it!

Dr. DeLeon, and her entire practice are some of the kindest, most professional people I've met in my entire life- Trans-surgery is the only thing these angels do. I recently had my MTF Vaginoplasty done with them and the team at Westlake Medical Center in Austin. The pain was horrible, BUT the physicians were VERY aggressive with pain medication, and the nurses were responsive in their response when a medication was requested. This medical center are VERY well educated in LGBTQIA issues, and this 23 bed hospital serves as one of the busiest LGBT hospitals in the country All pictures are within a week post-op, so don't think that's truly the final result! Updated on 6 Mar 2019: So, I wrote my review just a week after surgery, so here we are 7 months later. I'm still absolutely in love with the work Dr. Deleon did; I'm having some issue with excessive tissue growth around the clitoris, but both she and my PCP said this isn't uncommon, and it's being treated with silver nitrate. I still don't have any sensation except pain with intercourse, but I was warned VERY early on that it'll take 12-18 months for that to return, so I'm not worried. My fiance is thrilled with it, and aesthetically speaking, I'm thrilled with it, also, my PCP who has a primarily trans population and has seen quite a few post-surgical results said this is the best outcome she's ever seen (she has no affiliation or relationship with the surgeon), and said that it's probably only going to look even better as I continue to heal. I would suggest ANYONE go see Brownstein and Crane, and particularly request to have Dr. DeLeon (though, they are all amazing surgeons).
