After reading all the reviews on this website I finally decided I wanted to try cool sculpting. I have to say most of the reviews on here have been dead on! So here's a little information about my body type, work out habbits and my experience. I'm 5'3 and weigh about 122lbs, my waist line is 33.5 inches. I have that pouch on my lower abs and no matter what I do, I can't get rid of it. I do the insanity work out about 4 times a week and run every now and then. I do have to say

Co2 on lower part of face and and Fractional lasar over entire face, left me undamaged but also with no discernable improvement. Costly/wasteful. Doc is seemingly nice, but clearly unmoved by a patient's unhappiness.

I have had three consults in NJ and two said they would use the picosure the most updated laser they had available.
