Two years back I had upper eyelid surgery performed by Dr. Sparano. I was very happy with the results. Earlier this year I scheduled a facelift for the end of January 2022, and I decided I should have my lower eyelids done because I didn't want the appearance of my "new" face spoiled by undereye bags. Dr. Sparano agreed it would make a big difference, and told me exactly what to expect, emphasizing the importance of keeping the area moisturized with vaseline and using cold wet compresses for swelling and to minimize discomfort. The surgery took an hour and a half. I was not put under but given a sedative, and I did fall asleep briefly during the procedure. For the week after I did have itchy eyes, but the swelling went down quickly and by week 2 I felt and looked fine except for some black and blues on my cheeks. I always do bruise easily, though. My eyes now look much better than I anticipated. Honestly, I only wish I had done it sooner. There is a very youthful contour under my eye going into my cheek area and there is no perceptible scar. I'm thrilled with the results and look forward to my facelift next month! My doctor is not only a skilled surgeon with a great bedside manner, he is a perfectionist. I feel very lucky to have found him!

Excellent doctor! It has been over a year since my Cellfina treatment and I am still thrilled with the results. For years, I have been embarrassed to show my legs at the beach or in shorts. I had tried everything on the market to reduce the "dimples", but nothing delivered real change. I am happy to report, Cellfina got rid of my dimpled cellulite. Outside of some bruising and a little tenderness, the recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Sparano and his great staff.

My results are great! I had a lot of bruising initially and some oozing. I tried creams and massage in the past, but nothing helped. It didn't seem to matter how much weight I lost, I still had cellulite. Finally, my legs and butt look smooth again. Dr. Sparano is a great doctor, nice staff and beautiful office! I disliked my nose for as long as I can remember. I went to get consults and decided on Dr. Sparano, Wall Township. He is a sweetheart of a person, and an excellent surgeon. His office is beautiful and clean. Very nice friendly and professional staff. Dr. Sparano preformed septoplasty and rhinoplasty. He worked on on bridge, tip and nostrils. I am grateful I found him! So I wrote a post about my bad experience with a doctor who injected belotero into my tear troughs and made me look horrendous. I went back to her and she said oh just looks swollen but I knew this wasn't how I was supposed to look, she just didn't care. A week later I couldn't take it anymore so I went to a FACIAL plastic surgeon who removed the belotero and we decided to go ahead and add voluma into my cheeks to take away from my eyes. I was so scared but I trusted him. I have never been happier , he gave me my looks back! I wish I would have went to him sooner. The same day I also got my Lips done.. seriously best decisions I have ever made!

I am 57 years old so obviously i show signs of aging. The one thing that i hated were my marionette lines. They were deep & awful looking. (although it did encourage me to smile a lot) :) Anyway this morning i looked in the mirror & the marionette lines are gone!!!! I bruise very easy, a blood test will leave me black & blue for days. Not one bruise with my Juvederm treatment. No pain either. It was the best $600 i ever spent. I would highly recommend this procedure. Does anyone here ever had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr Anthony Sparano ? I have a consult with him in May. I have been on his website and like his before/after photos. I truly love is aesthetics and I truly hope he can help me. I have a shortened nose that exposed my nostrils. I am looking for him to lengthened my shortened nose and de-rotate the tips. I have been searching for along time for the right surgeon. Anyone here had any experience with him ??

I just turned 49 and am seeing the small changes related to aging almost everyday, and boy, does it suck!!! I've had several non-surgical procedures over the years, but never surgery. My eyes have been bothering me for a while, and I just decided to take the plunge and do something about it. I'm also looking for support...for someone who's had this done and only needed mild correction in the first place. There is that TINY voice inside me telling me it might be too early, and that's another reason I'm posting. However, it is bothering me enough so that I want to do something about it now, while it's not so noticeable. The thing is...it takes me soooo long to get ready in the morning to try and camouflage my small lids with an ever disappearing crease. I also noticed small fat pads in the corner of my eyes closest to my nose, and I'm starting to see my mother in my mirror! The combination of small lids with a high brow has made me start to sag in the outer corners as well. I will post pics soon, but would LOVE to hear people's stories regarding eyelid surgeries. I'm also scheduled to have laser done on my lower eyelids to tighten, since my doctor says I'm not a candidate for surgery there.
