It is too soon to tell anything so just posting a start and will continue to post as I progress. The wrap is tight so I just feel smooshed. I had a reduction from DD to I think a small C. Time will tell. Also had a bit of Lypo on sides (side boob) and had sling tightened under noon above the upper abs. In addition I had a lower facelift. I’m a bit nauseous and am sleeping a lot.I think the worst part is the strap is so wide it hits my neck and I hate turtle necks so I feel that is what is making me nauseous. I have walked around, have had a smoothie and am attempting to eat a well blended soup through a. Straw after realizing I was not going to be able to chew. As far as boobs go, my right under boob hurts worse than left; it does not hurt to lift my arms nor walk around. Updated on 16 Nov 2022: If you feel any nausea take the pill for it and stay on top of your pain meds. I had thought I could take a 1/2 pill every 3 hours rather than a whole every six and that was a mistake. Just take the whole thing and set an alarm for every 6 hours. I did push to 6 1/2 hours today. I feel MUCH better today. Pain pill makes me a little dizzy but I’m able to walk around and do a few things around the house. I managed to get down some eggs I had pre made for breakfast but they had to be in small bites. I went to my post op appt at 10:00 and had the bandages taken off and the drains pulled out. The feeling on getting the bandage off was amazing! When drains were being taken out it burned a bit but not too bad. I took a shower about noon, washed my hair and feel much better. I decided to clean my ears with a qtip although I had no reason to suspect my ears would be dirty. Well, thank God I did! There was soooooo much blood inside and on the outer ear. I used about 10 of them. It is about 1:30 and I am currently eating soup. It has larger pieces in it but not having too much of a problem chewing it; I just have to go slowly. I cannot feel the area where the staples are nor the sutures in the fold of the ear. I am swollen, look like a chipmunk and am pretty sore. I had a bit of lipo done under my chin and area around mouth from what I am told. Those areas are very tender. I can see my face is much tighter and my mom said I look 20 years younger (a bit of an over exaggeration but appreciated). Updated on 17 Nov 2022: Swelling has gone down a bit more but clearly still swollen. I am keeping my scars moist with Aquaphor and keeping my wrap on throughout the day. I was able to eat food a little more comfortably this morning and ate a grilled cheese and tomato bisque for lunch. Thank God for friends, I’ve never seen my fridge this full and with such a variety of soups and other meals. Still taking pain meds but every 7 1/2 hours rather than 6 and no more nausea meds needed. Updated on 18 Nov 2022: Well, swelling seems to be down a bit more today and I was able to take bigger bites of food which was nice. I eased up on the meds and had an outing for a few hours. My cheeks feel tight, hard to explain but I don’t want to make any big facial expressions for fear of tearing something. Updated on 19 Nov 2022: Woke up in the middle of the night with heartburn, a slight burning sensation in my chest and constipation. I think they were all related because as soon as I was able to finally go to the bathroom I felt MUCH better. I had not taken a pain pill but when I woke up hurting I took one and felt fine later. Face is still swollen but not as much; I started using ice although I was told I did not need to; I figured it could not hurt. It does seem to help. Wearing the chin strap is starting to make my cheeks hurt so I interchange between the wide one and the thinner one to help. Ther is still tightness behind the ears, in front of ears and under chin. I don’t have any bruising still and attribute it to taking the arnica and bromelin pills. I put makeup on today (not on scars) and went out for lunch. I kept my hair down and felt fine but anyone that knows me would be able to see the swelling. I still look like a chipmunk although the pictures do not show it as much. Updated on 20 Nov 2022: Today was a good day! I took the dogs in a long walk, went to lunch and a farmers market with hubby and went shopping. I am pretty tired now and it’s only 6 but I’m sure time change has a lot to do with that also! Face feels tight everywhere except the skin on the sides of my lips. I can still feel a few lumps but next appt is tomorrow so plan to ask about that. Updated on 22 Nov 2022: I have noticed yellowish bruising appearing where there was no bruising so I think I’m a late bruiser lol. Had my 2nd post op appt and they took half of the sutures and staples out. They mentioned I was healing nicely but still had a lot of swelling. Told me to come back in two days to get the rest of the sutures and staples out. I am pleased thus far but cannot wait for swelling to go down to see true results. Updated on 23 Nov 2022: Not much change from yesterday. I am still swollen, I feel like there are cardboard inserts on either side of my face but my scars are healing nicely. I am using Aquaphor and started adding vitamin e to the mix. There were no incisions behind ears just in front and staples into scalp. Updated on 24 Nov 2022: All staples and sutures are out! Feeling good, I have a few spots that I am concerned with (slight sagging on right cheek and a little area that is kind of folding almost under right ear). I also have some lumpy areas. Trying not to freak out. I am told all is fine so staying positive :). Oh and lines on face are from the chin wrap, I take pics when I wake up before showering so they typically disappear later. Updated on 25 Nov 2022: My swelling seems to have decreased quite a bit today. I don’t look as puffy and I can see more of an outline in my cheeks. It feels nice to have the staples and stitches out, now if I can just keep myself from picking at the small scars ! Still have a few lumpy spots and such but I have confidence that will smooth out as my doctor mentioned. Updated on 25 Nov 2022: Forgot to add pics My swelling seems to have decreased quite a bit today. I don’t look as puffy and I can see more of an outline in my cheeks. Still have a few lumpy spots and such but I have confidence that will smooth out as my doctor mentioned. Updated on 26 Nov 2022: Swelling has gone down quite a bit. I still feel puffy but not as much as before. The scars still need quite a bit of healing and I continue to put Aquaphor on them. The scars from stapes are starting to loosen and I’ve noticed if I pick at it hair comes out with the scab. It kinda freaks me out even though it’s not a ton of hair, it’s still hair. I’ve been wearing chin strap at night for 12 hours but am ready to not have to. It’s very uncomfortable. There is a small bubble underneath my skin where drain was pulled out. Not sure what that is all about. Updated on 6 Dec 2022: Had 3 week check in yesterday. Doc said all is coming along nicely and once sweeping dissipates there will be more lift. Scars are improving day by day and I am continuing to use Aquaphor as well as vitamin E in the evenings. You cannot see them when hair is down

I managed to get down some eggs I had pre made for breakfast but they had to be in small bites. Honestly, I have not been in too much pain. It feels like I worked out really hard. I can lift my arms up with no problem and no problem putting clothes on. I took a shower when I got back home, they used a dermabond rather than stitches so I’m not supposed to put anything on the scars until they tell me. The scars underneath are slightly longer across because I had the skin above abs tightened. If you take a shower and have a pump for shampoo/conditioner put it on the ground to get some leverage. I was not able pump it since it was higher up. Cannot wait till they settle. So far I think they are going to be exactly what I was looking for. Updated on 17 Nov 2022: I feel a little more tender this morning and it seems there is a pouch of skin sticking out under left breast? I’m still liking the size and just waiting for swelling to go down to find out what size they will actually be. Still taking pain meds but every 7 1/2 hours rather than 6 and no more nausea meds needed. Updated on 18 Nov 2022: I don’t see much difference between today and yesterday. They are a little more tender and if I don’t have my compression wrap in I feel like my boobs are going to fall off lol. I still have the flap sticking out; I sent the pic to my Dr. And was told it will flatten out and not to worry so im trying not to. My right boob seems a little lower than the left. Updated on 19 Nov 2022: Woke up in the middle of the night with heartburn, a slight burning sensation in my chest and constipation. I think they were all related because as soon as I was able to finally go to the bathroom I felt MUCH better. I had not taken a pain pill but she I woke up birthing I took one and felt fine later. There are not many changes in boobs today, a little more bruising or maybe it is lighter and color is changing. Updated on 20 Nov 2022: Well bruising is yellowing, scars look the same and the protruding skin underneath boob is still there. They are tender but not anything I cannot handle. I took dogs ona melon g walk today, went to eat and hit up the farmers market with hubby and then went and did a little shopping. Next appt is tomorrow so I’ll be asking lots of questions. Updated on 22 Nov 2022: Woke up to pretty much same, bruising has started to disappear a bit more but scars are still yuck. Had an appointment and doctor said everything was looking good. He said to continue wearing compression bra 24/7 and to not put anything on scars other than soap when I shower. He also mentioned scarring would flatten out and not to worry, it just takes time. Updated on 23 Nov 2022: Every day bruising and swelling goes down a bit. The bra I have been using is now not so comfortable as it used to be. I trade between it and a tighter compressed wrap at night and each morning I look forward to taking off the wrap and putting the bra on and each evening I look forward to removing the bra and musing the wrap. I have not been taking any pain meds so I do feel the “boobs might fall off” feeling. They are still quite sore. Updated on 24 Nov 2022: Alrighty so things are starting to look a little better. I’m still not supposed to put anything on scars just keep the scars dry. Next appt is Monday the 5th. Still have some skin sticking out but it almost seems to be getting a little better. I’m told they will flatten out. Updated on 25 Nov 2022: Boobs feel a little better, they are not quite as sore. I started doing some light stretching today; this sleeping on my back thing is killing me! Hoping mid next week I can do some light work outs (no weights or anything) just to get moving again. I have been walking but don’t feel that is much of a work out. Updated on 26 Nov 2022: Not to much has changed. The skin underneath my breasts under the incisions is hard as a rock. I am sure it will soften up but just thought I would mention it. The rest seems to be getting a little better each day. I cannot wait for the final results :) Updated on 6 Dec 2022: Had 3 week check up yesterday and am told all is looking good. He peeled some of the glue off from underneath and said I could start using Aquaphor there. Upper Rib cage all around front and sides is very sore still and doc thinks it is from Inflammation dropping.
My Experience with Dr. Nikko & Staff is amazing. On 9/13/18 I had a tummy tuck & lipo, came home the same day. Dr. Nikko personally called to check on me that night after surgery which is really a big plus for me & also after surgery one of the staff members met me at my house to assist me. From day ONE of the procedure I have not had any pain, just a little discomfort. Was able to go back to work after 2wks. I Highly Recommend Dr. Nikko
From the moment I first walked into the office until the day of my final treatment, my experience was first-class! Dr. Nikko and his staff are all very professional, attentive and pay attention to every detail. The staff is caring and knowledgeable and willing to take as much time as needed to answer all questions. I will definitely continue to use Dr. Nikko’s office for all future cosmetic and skin care needs. Michelle and Stephanie are both amazing!
My first PRP Injection treatment was yesterday. The procedure itself was very short, simple, and exactly in line with what was described to me during my consultation with Michelle. The entire staff were exceptional. Everyone so friendly! I am excited to be a new client at Dr. Nikko's office.
Always wanted bigger breasts! Tired of wearing padded bras and bikinis. Always been a part of the itty bitty [RS bleep] committee. Want breasts that will look natural on my body. Dr. Nikko did an amazing job :) ready to start my journey with my new breasts, but I know there are obstacles :( the pain is unbearable, but it's getting better each day Updated on 19 Aug 2017: starting to feel like my normal self again! Stopped taking pain killers (hydrocodone). Don't feel a weak as I did before. Although, my implants still feel foreign to me. They feel like 20 pound weights on my chest, as I feel pressure when I try to get up off the bed. Updated on 25 Aug 2017: Starting massaging them and taking 1000 mg of milk thistle, 800iu vitamin e, and 2000 mg of vitamin c. Updated on 23 Sep 2017: I have boob greed every now and then, but this is the best they've looked so far. Also, my right is slightly smaller than my left, but I need to keep in mind that breasts heal at different rates
I can't sing Dr. Nikko's praises enough! After having my children, I just didn't feel like myself. When I looked in the mirror I didn't recognize who was looking back at me and it was effecting every aspect of my life - marriage, my job, even being a mom. Despite completely changing my diet (to plant based) and kill myself at the gym, I still wasn't getting the results I wanted. After MONTHS of research, combing through before and after pictures and mustering up the courage to even make the appointment - I finally decided to call Dr. Nikko. (His before and after pictures speak for themselves). When I had my first consultation with Dr. Nikko, I couldn't even articulate what I was looking for. It sounded a lot like "I just want to look like I didn't carry 2 kids". Even if I had been able to perfectly articulate what I was looking for, it still takes immense skill, experience and kill to perform a mommy makeover and hit the nail on the head with every single procedure. Dr. Nikko made me look like I just live at the gym - not overly done, not too big, not to small, completely in proportion. Even my measurements are a textbook hourglass shape! His attention to detail and care to minimize scaring is unmatched (compare his before and afters to others for yourself). I had to go back to work pretty soon after my surgery (about 4 weeks) and no one thought I had surgery, everyone just complimented on how great I look. When I started to tell people, they were blown away. I feel so confident, like my old self. I cannot thank Dr. Nikko and his staff enough for the beautiful work and wonderful experience every time I go into the office. THANK YOU!!
It was a 2 year decision and lifestyle change journey.......THE BEST DECISION EVER! Office staff great and Dr. Nikko eye for contouring is great and his bedside manners are exceptional! Overall great experience!
I had my breast done 24 yrs ago (saline overs 450) and for the most part they were beautiful and done well. After 24 years... one bottomed out... nipples going south and a lift needed. After I took the first picture of them I had no idea they had gotten so bad. So bad to the point that I wont post before pics on here but will be happy to send them to anyone who is interested to see how much of a change/work Dr. Nikko actually had to do. I will post after pics this afternoon. My experience thus far. I went to do a consultation and Dr. Nikko was very nice and professional. I gave him a few wish pics and he seemed to just get what it was that i was looking for. Day of surgery went very well. Everyone was so nice and comforting. I was really nervous but excited for the change. I do have to say that Dr. Nikko was booked out and Van did her best and got me in because I wanted to heal in the cooler months and not during the Holidays. She really worked her magic to make it happen. Most PS office wont do that. Right now I am only a week and a half out and could not be more happy with my results. I had to have a full anchor scar which i was so against but knew it had to be done. Dr. Nikko did my "scars" beautifully!!!! When we did the 7 day post op,,, They removed the tape and let me get up to see the scars....which was the first time I have seem them with out the dark tape on them. I could barely see them and I am only a week out. Could not be more happy with the "scars" but i will still do scar maintenance as directed. Updated on 18 Nov 2016: Have dark tape around nipples and anchor scar to help healing. They look soooooo much better than before. Updated on 18 Nov 2016: Had the tape removed and then replaced with different tape. Had a slight reaction from the tape. Nipple on right side is irritated and puffy. But sooo very happy Updated on 18 Nov 2016: At 10 days. Swelling is gone in the nipple and i have cleavage with out extra skin and boob muffin top. Updated on 24 May 2017: After i had my breast lift and change of implants i thought my scars were good until they basically turned dark pinkish purple which i think most scars do. I went and had my scars worked on by Vee and i'm really thankful i did. She has made a huge difference in my anchor scars....... Updated on 24 May 2017: Updated on 24 May 2017: My scars look amazing after getting them maintenanced. Updated on 24 May 2017: Full anchor scars are almost gone thanks to Vee.
Beyond my expectations. I had no pain or barely on my breasts. and I did lipo and breast augmentation at once. I was a 32BC now I'm a 32DDD and hot 375cc. Dr nikko is so nice, professional and understands how a body needs to look perfect. My boobs have virtually no scarring. DR NIKKO is extremely talented. Super happy!
