Since I first came with Dr. Hale six years ago, I haven't looked back. I'm very happy I found a med spa I trust completely and I know I'm in very good hands. I have recommended her to all of my friends!!!!
Yes it does look like you have a prolapse of the rectum called a rectocele and prolapse of the bladder called a cystocele. Obviously, you would need a full exam to know for sure These problems have many options for non surgical treatment. Kegel exercises will help a great deal but require about 100 a day to really make a difference. Then there are minimally invasive vaginal rejuvenation modalities that are working well if done correctly. They tighten the vaginal mucosa and seem to have great side benefits as they seem to enhance orgasm and help with urinary incontinence. The labia can be reduced and tightened also. I would do minimally invasive tightening at your young age before surgery. Surgery has many undesired potential side effects.
Exilis Ultra is the newest unit available with BTL and the best for this problem if one wants radio frequency. Smart lipo lasering might be another choice you could consider.
Hi. The answer is yes this is one of the potential problems with neurotoxins. They spread and/or are placed too close to the muscle that gives an undesirable effect like ptosis The bad news is you have 3 to 4 months to wait for reversal. The good news is that an experienced injector should have meds and treatment modalities to help improve it. It should not be permanent and does not usually require surgery!
Hi. To my knowledge there is only one Botox injectable available in the US. There are other neurotoxins available but they are named differently and their manufacturers are different. You can usually use different ones for touch up.
Hi. I'm sorry to say but it will probably take 3 to 4 mos.for full recovery. You seem be describing a classic lid drop from mispacement of the Botox. Hope you do well.
