I had a tummy tuck and abdominoplasty with Dr Anna De Leo in December 2023. I had no muscle support, loose skin around my tummy and a muffin top on my hips which all worsened over a 20 year period due to weight gain/loss and post child birth. From my initial consultation I trusted Dr Anna. Dr Anna asked detailed questions and took her time to review my stomach and abdomen, this was very different to the quick and impersonal consultations at other clinics I reviewed. The surgery went very smoothly, unfortunately a month after surgery my body started to reject the stitches from hip to hip, I was having an allergic reaction along the incision line. The following two months Dr Anna and her team worked endlessly to dress my wounds, test for infections (thank fully there were none) and restitch each area under local anaesthetic. It is a rare occurrence to be allergic to the stitches, however, I was thankful for the duty of care that I received from ADL Synergy and it highlighted the need to have access to your surgeon and their team post-operation incase of complications. Dr Anna would call me directly, her nurses would text everyday so that we could keep on top of any medication changes & check in, and I was able to travel to the Welbeck hospital when needed. Once all of the original stitches had been replaced along the incision line by body healed quickly. I love my new tummy and it felt great to be back in bikini over the summer.

My experience with Dr De Leo was extremely good. She understood my goals and gave exceptional results. I had consultations with other surgeons but decided she was the best for me. I can’t wait to see to full results, I still have a lot of swelling but I’m really happy with how I’m already looking! Anna is very honest and realistic about results, she is amazing, very kind, caring and so knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Anna and I would choose her again for future surgeries. I have already recommended her to others.

My surgery was today I got 325 and 295cc round high mod plus implants. I also got a Areola reduction to combat the puffiness of my nipples. I avoided getting implants for years, (I got an Areola reduction two years and go and it made no difference at all bar leaving me with scarring! but now after this surgery they are looking great I’m very exited! My surgeon is dr Ana De Leo, I had consultations with four other surgeons in London and she pointed out multiple things they didn’t, I think she has a lot of experience with tuberous/puffy nippled breasts. I don’t think the nipples ever come out perfectly round or symmetrical (you can see in photo they look a bit uneven but we will see how they heal!) but I don’t mind that as long as they’re reduced and I can wear no bra and they’re not huge! Can’t wait to see results, they’re of course yet to drop but I’m really happy with how round they’re looking! You can see in my before photos I lack volume in the upper pole of my breast, and it gives them a sloped/tuberous appearance, the round implant has given a gorgeous full look! Dr De Leo is very honest and realistic about your results, she doesn’t promise perfect results but she is obviously a very skilled surgeon! Will update pictures as I heal! /symmetrical Updated on 7 Sep 2023: It’s been just over two weeks and my breasts feel much softer, they’ve dropped a tiny bit but still have more to go! My nipple are still covered but look quite low, that will change when they drop also!

Anna is amazing, very kind, caring and so knowledgeable. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly, the care from the day of surgery to visiting her in clinic to check on my progress was fabulous. The improvement in my quality of life, how I feel about my body, how my breasts look and feel, I am so pleased I had a reduction and I cannot recommend Anna highly enough, I would chose Anna again in a heartbeat.

Anna is the best surgeon I could have asked for. She really cares and listens to what it is exactly you want and is with you every step of the way. She is honest, yet empathetic. She really goes above and beyond what is needed and is genuinely such a lovely, kind hearted person. I couldn’t recommend Anna enough to anyone looking to get breast augmentation surgery. I had an absolutely brilliant experience with this doctor. I find that Anna is very honest about what to expect and is able to give good advice regarding what size to go. I found the operation and recovery relatively pain free. Also my incisions are very discrete. I am 5ft 6, quite athletic. I was an empty B cup and had 275cc put in each breast. I am really happy with the overall size now. I would say I am a full C/ small D.
