Dr. Appiani is truly one of Argentina's best plastic surgeons. He expertly performed preservation rhinoplasty and improved the tip of my nose, both of which were previously injured. The results are natural yet remarkably enhanced. Beyond his surgical skill, Dr. Appiani's kind bedside manner and focus on patient comfort made the whole experience a positive one. My experience with Dr. Appiani was pleasingly smooth and I am extremely happy with my results. I recently went for a revision rhinoplasty after a 3 year mark from my first rhinoplasty and a bullhorn lip lift. My septum was completely broken and the tip of my nose collapsed. The previous doctor had shaved so much cartilage that I also underwent a rib graft in order to be able to lift what was left of my nose. I had started to feel very self conscious about it because my nose didn’t use to look like it did after the first rhinoplasty; and was regretting ever touching it. Fortunately, I heard of the wonders of Dr. Appiani and the rest is history. My nose is more symmetrical and beautiful than ever, and I can finally breathe normally again. The lip lift made my lips look fuller as well.
Also, Dr. Appiani and his team are very accommodating in their schedules if you are out of the region of Argentina; it’s definitely worth the visit.
