Had gummy bear BA 285cc under the muscle in May 2021. I went from a 34a/b to a 34c. Exactly what I wanted. I just wanted to be proportional. I’m 5’0”. 117 lbs and 63 yes old. Wish I would have done it years ago. Dr Giacobbe was wonderful. Listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted.
I just got done with my consultation with Dr Andrew Giacobbe, I am going with a size 310cc Gummy Bear round smooth implant. I’m so excited surgery is booked for April 20, 2018, so a little over a month away! Everyone at his office was great, very friendly and helpful and I was told if I had any other questions before surgery I can just email them or call.
I had a breast augmentation done in the beginning of January. I had an excellent experience with this doctor and his staff. They are all extremely informative, knowledgeable, compassionate, and have patience, I went in to my initial visit with a lot of questions. I would send anybody I know to see him for a procedure in the future. If you listen to your recovery instructions and follow them properly you will have fantastic results! He’s the best in the area!
I have had 3 procedures performed by Dr Giacobbe... abdominoplasty, breast augmentation and liposuction on flanks. I am 47 and look fabulous..! I will return to Dr Giacobbe because he is respectful...answers all questions...and affordable. the Office staff is beyond amazing!!!
I had a great experience with Dr. Giacobbe and his team. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and it helps the whole process go smoothly. I had a breast augmentation done and absolutely love my results. I would definitely recommend Dr. Giacobbe to all my family and friends!
I recently had a breast augmentation with ade Giacobbe and I can not say enough wonderful things about him, his staff, and my new breasts. He was very honest about what my results would be like and expectations I had going in to surgery. He asked what I wanted, and told me what he could do to give me what I wanted. My new breasts are symmetrical, (started with slight asymmetry) full, and beautiful. After my surgery I had very minimal pain and within days the implants were already starting to get softer and more mobile in their pocket. Not only is Dr Giacobbe very helpful and professional, but his staff went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. His patient care manager Amy ( I love her ) took the time to call me personally the day before my surgery to wish me luck, and even made a point to pop in during my first post op appointment. His excellent staff and outstanding skills have my my experience so pleasant and comfortable I could not have asked for anything more!
Dr. Giacobbe and his staff have always been extremely professional and helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Besides having surgery with Dr. Giacobbe, my family has used him for many other procedures and we have always had a great result.
Dr. Giacobbe and his staff were very friendly and professional. I had breast augmentation surgery and I am very happy with the results. I would strongly recommend Dr. Giacobbe. He is a talented surgeon.
I just had my procedure. I went through the doctor that has done my breast implants as well as my fillers in my cheeks and my lips, and also does my Botox. He is highly reputable and my mom happens to be his office nurse, so I felt comfortable with him. I have had probably 4 sessions of juviderm over the past 2.5 years but my body metabolizes this too fast so I was always in need of more. My Procedure was today. It started with the numbing, wasn't horrible, not comfortable but manageable. After I was numb he started the incision, I get a pinch so he added more lidocaine. After that it was just tugging and pulling, no pressure. My procedure took 25 Mins, he advised my mom I maybe more swollen and bruised due to having a tough time breaking through the old injection product and scar tissue. I'm home now, 2 hours post op. Pain is a 5/10, just took a pain pill about 20 mins ago, will update my progress Updated on 17 Jan 2016: Today is day 3, I'm actually at work, I'm working a homecare case as a nurse so it's pretty laid back, no lifting, I'm wearing a mask. I'm still quite swollen, bruising is subsiding, except I have a blue mustache from a bruise but I think the arnica is helping that. Very little pain, only areas of pain are where my stitches are, and it's not continuous pain, I just notice it if I yawn or move my mouth a certain way. Will update day 2 and 3 pix Updated on 20 Jan 2016: Swelling has gone down a lot, I have some bruising above my top lip, kind of like a mustache shadow. And also in the corners. Hoping they loosen up and don't feel so stiff much longer. I can't put my lips together like if I were blotting lipstick or Chapstick Updated on 24 Jan 2016: Day 9, swelling came down nicely! I had originally thought that my bottom lip was looking curled out now, but it's coming back in like it used to be so I'm happy about that. I get my stitches out tomorrow. They also have softened up some, but don't quite feel totally natural yet. No more pain. Pain wasn't bad throughout though, at all. Just immediately post op that I probably could have prevented had I taken a pain pill before the procedure since the lidocaine wears off quick, but after that it's been very manageable.
I had silicone implants done by Dr.Giacobbe. He was professional, knowledgable, and very kind. He made me very comfortable and confident. I absolutely LOVE my breasts now. They are big, perky, soft and bouncy. I formerly had saggy and deflated breasts from breast feeding and now they are the breasts I've always wanted. Recovery time was less than 3 days and it didn't hurt nearly as badly as I thought it would. The only downside of the entire experience is that I got CDiff from the antibiotics. If taking antibiotics and sensitive to them, talk to your surgeon before the procedure. All in all, I couldn't recommend Dr.Giacobbe more! He is amazing and it is so worth it to feel so confident and sexy.
Most patients have some degree of breast asymmetry, although asymmetry of one or more cup sizes is less common. There are many options to correct the asymmetry you have described including enlarging the smaller breast only with an implant, enlarging both breasts with different size implants, and reducing the larger breast. Your board-certified plastic surgeon will explain your options, and help you decide on the procedure of choice for you.
Based on the information you have provided, it sounds like a reduction of the larger breast would be the procedure of choice. This may involve surgical removal of breast tissue with "anchor" or "lollipop" type scars, or liposuction with essentially no scars. Your board-certified plastic surgeon will advise you on the best procedure for you.
Choosing your breast implant size involves a number of factors, including breast shape and size, base width measurements, breast skin envelope, and other factors. Your board-certified plastic surgeon will perform an examination and may also perform some measurements. Based on the examination, your surgeon may then recommend a range of sizes to choose from. You may then have an opportunity to try on some implants in the recommended size range to finalize your implant size choice before surgery.
The photos you provided demonstrate mild to moderate ptosis with large areolae and asymmetry of breast size. If you also want your breasts to be somewhat larger, I would recommend bilateral breast augmentation combined with a "mini" breast lift where the areola is lifted and reduced in size while avoiding the vertical and horizontal "anchor-like" scars. Good luck.
Breast implants may be placed in either a submuscular (under the pectoral muscle) or in a subglandular (above the pectoral muscle) pocket. An important factor to consider when determining implant location is the amount of breast tissue present above the muscle. Most augmentation patients tend to be slim females with minimal breast tissue, and in these patients submuscular augmentation provides the best result. In patients who have a moderate amount of breast tissue over the muscle (approximately B cup breasts or larger), then implants can be placed over the muscle, particularly if silicone gel implants are chosen.
