Sounds to me like prk is the way to go. For corrections like yours, it usually improves uncorrected distance vision, is very safe, lasts a long time and is usually less expensive. Discuss with your surgeon directly!

I do not see the harm in eyelash tinting postoperatively. You may want to double check with your surgeon's office. I might tell the eyelash technician to be careful not to touch the eyeballs
