After years of under-eye circles and bags that concealer couldn't fix, I started researching plastic surgery. I considered flying to LA for a well-known surgeon, but with small kids at home I decided to explore a local option — and meeting Dr. Arunkumar was absolutely the right call. After consulting with him and reviewing his work, I felt confident he truly understood what I was looking for: a subtle, natural result that turned back the clock without changing my features. We ultimately agreed on an upper & lower bleph, fat transfer, and brow lift. While that initially sounded like a lot, the combination resulted in small, cohesive tweaks that worked together beautifully to achieve exactly what I was hoping for. The results are so natural that I genuinely don't think anyone can tell I had anything done. My under-eye area has improved so much that I can go without concealer for the first time in years. I also need Botox far less than before, and I can wear eyelid makeup without it smearing — something that used to frustrate me constantly. If you're looking for a surgeon who listens, who doesn't push a dramatic transformation, and who delivers genuinely subtle, beautiful results, I can't recommend Dr. Arunkumar highly enough.

Dr. Arunkumar performed the buccal reduction on me over the summer. Instantly, I trusted I was in good hands. Dr. Arunkumar is warm, kind and a true patient advocate. He listens to your needs and strikes the delicate balance of helping a patient feel confident in what they already have while grounding them and setting realistic expectations for what’s possible. He’s not afraid to gently share an opinion or help a patient prioritize. Before my procedure, I emailed Dr. Arunkumar a bunch of photos and notes on what I wanted to achieve, eg. I didn’t want to look like a model, and I wanted my results to “hold up” when my body changes during pregnancy. He was open and understanding to all of that. Dr. Arunkumar truly honored all those “requirements.” I am so happy (!!) with my results. Not all practices have end to end patient communication, nor do all practices foster environments that make patients feel comfortable when discussing cosmetic work. I can confidently say that the entire office staff upheld this standard of warmth and professionalism, helping patients feel comfortable, empowered, and confident. I hope to continue coming to this practice when wanting cosmetic work.

I'm so pleased I did this procedure with Dr. Arunkumar and have been recommending him to all my friends. Dr. A is obviously extremely well credentialed but the way he explained the process, what to expect, and took extra time to review before and after pictures made this an easy decision for me. In our consult Dr. A made me feel very comfortable and confident. I did not feel pressure to go with a wider scope but I'm so glad because I love the results (I did an upper bleph and CO2 Laser). The office is beautiful and I should specifically mention the support team. Stephanie, patient coordinator, is lovely and really helpful. Surgery was painless and transpired just as was described to me. Post was also extremely manageable. I didn't experience any pain at any time - honestly getting botox is more uncomfortable. I opted to go for general anesthesia but in post care I did not need anything stronger than OTC after day 1. I healed extremely quickly - much better than I expected and had no scarring. I believe this was due to Dr. A's excellent work. I will absolutely repeat the CO2 laser in a couple years - it's worth the investment. And I will be going back to Dr. A when I feel it's time for more aggressive procedures.

I’m really satisfied with my procedures performed by Dr A: the deep plane facelift, neck lift, a slight facial fat transfer, lateral temporal lift and blepharoplasty (eye lid). I highly recommend him. All my friends now want him! The results are so natural. Typical comments are that I look so young for my age. A doctor friend who saw my before and afters on Dr A’s Instagram said “I look better now than I did 20 years ago.” Dr A was the 5th plastic surgeon that I consulted with in advance, so I had done my do-diligence. Others had concerned me about the fat transfer due to what they’d referred to as “unpredictability,” but Dr A had such a deft hand. He demonstrated the smallest stitches anyone has ever seen. Dr A has it all - the skill (most important), the bedside manner, the extensive follow up, the kindness, the office (gorgeous) and even convenient parking! Fellow doctors are blown away and so impressed. I also had HBOT (book it in advance) and Dr As office was kind enough to vet the facility that I’d found in Los Gatos which was more convenient for me.

Dr Arunkumar performed a deep plane facelift, neck lift, temple lift, under eye fat transfer and CO2 laser resurfacing a month ago. I had consulted with 7 different surgeons in my area before confidently choosing him. He stood out by far for his skills, professionalism, sincere care for me and my wishes, not trying to sell me on more than I actual needed, as other surgeons had. I was so confident in him and his skills that I wasn’t nervous at ALL going into surgery and knew that I was going to come out looking like a younger version of myself and I did!
