The best surgeon i have ever met I had a breast reduction surgery with him Im soooo happy with the result I'm planning to do rhinoplasty with him soon with my best regards dr mrad and good luck Nawsa
I had a nose surgery and the result was very satisfying..also I had filler injections. I’m really satisfied with the result that’s why I would like to share my experience with you , thank you Dr Amir Mrad.
I visited Dr. Amir from Canada for a severely deviated nose (to the right) and breathing issues. My surgery was over 1 year ago. The online consultation was satisfactory, but the in-person consultation did not match the portrayal on his website, and no in-office Photoshop simulation was performed as requested. The plan was to use a rib or ear graft for better functionality and aesthetics. During surgery, markings were made on my rib and ear, and my ear was numbed and prepped for a graft. However, Dr. Amir opted to use a bovine implant without prior discussion, asking my brother while I was under general anesthesia. I believe this deviation from the plan wasted time, and both this and the implant I did not consent to may have contributed to the unsatisfactory results and functionality issues. Post-Op 1-2 months: Breathing has improved, but the nostrils are extremely uneven, and the nose is noticeably deviated to the left, contrary to the original right deviation. Post-Op 3-10 months: Swelling increased, and I notice a bump (bone) on the nose tip. The front profile of the nose lacks definition, and the deviation becomes more apparent. Additionally, my nose makes a cracking sound when touched. Post-Op 12 months: I am very disappointed with the results. Not only that, but also concerned. Despite choosing one of the most expensive options, the results were unsatisfactory. My nose is now deviated to the left (opposite side!) with uneven nostrils, an implant causing cracking, no definition, and a bump on the nose tip. Dr. Amir was dismissive of my concerns, comparing my nose to its initial state rather than addressing ongoing issues. I have tried, time and time again, to justify his service and charges, and I simply cannot do so. Update/Edit October 2024: They’ve ignored all my messages requesting my documents and just contacted my brother to pressure me into removing my review. Completely unprofessional and disgraceful. I’m still suffering from the same symptoms described, and they are more focused on covering it up than addressing the issue. This clinic is dismissive, refuses to be held accountable if things go wrong, and all they do is ignore you. Now, they’re trying to use my brother to silence my concerns. It’s been a year and a half, and they have yet to address these issues in any way, shape, or form.
I Had an appointment for fillers, on arrival I found out that someone else had the same appointment (they give the same appointment time to multiple people), waited for two hours to see him. The doctor was tired and in a bad mood, he was talking to me in a condescending way, saying (I don’t know where you guys get your information from! When I asked him about fillers migration) the whole consultation time he was sitting in his desk and didn’t even bother to stand up and come close to me. Later he asked me to go to his secretary to discuss the price of injecting fillers and decide if I want to continue. Speaking to his secretary I found out he wanted to charge me 10000 Riyals for injecting 4 ml of fillers! As I’m still relatively young, I usually inject 1 ml max which costs me 1100 Riyals max. Seeing him was a waste of my time and 300 SAR consultation money. Updated on 11 May 2021: Update: Myself and my family were woken up by an early morning phone call made by the secretary of Dr Amir Murad, she was asking me if I was the one putting the review online!!! She tried to intimidate me to remove my review. Apparently if you leave an unsatisfactory review you get a phone call telling you that you were wrong and how dare you, which explains how the doctor with his unprofessional attitude and bad manners maintained a good reputation online. Having young daughters abroad without me around due to covid travel restrictions, and a very ill mum, I honestly thought something really bad has happened to receive an early call like this! Very unprofessional! Wouldn’t expect more from them though.
To start off ive always been a little bit insecure about my chin, and for the past three years ive been using fillers but there came a point last year where i felt that the fillers are getting chunky ( i guess its due to over use of fillers without waiting for the old ones to completely dissolve ). Long story short after asking around and consulting i stopped upon dr.murd , i went to my consultation on feb 2018 and i had my notes with me i asked him so many questions and he was patient and answered all of them. He suggested that if i wanted to get the surgery done i should get back to the dr who got me my fillers done to dissolve them. Moreover, i kept the idea in mind but i was a bit hesitant .. it took me about a year to fully dissolve all the fillers i had. Called dr murd’s office and set a pre check up date and a date for my surgery.. i sat down with his assistant and she gave me pricing for both a silicone implant or medpor.. i decided to go with the medpor as the dr suggested the full price of the surgery was 15,000SR. The day of the surgery ( 13 feb 2019 ) went good i was a little bit scared but the dr passed by my room before the surgery and he assured me everything is gonna fine and it helped me relax even more. My surgery went longer than expected but it went great ( as far as i know ) woke up with some pain but it was normal.. the only downfall is that the dr was busy so i couldnt see him after surgery. Im on my third day today ( 16 feb 2019 ) my face is swollen with some moderate pain .. he prescribed an antibiotic and pain killers which are helping. I have my first post operation check up tomorrow. Updated on 17 Feb 2019: Went to my post op. Appointment today and i was very happy .. the dr was patient and answered all my questions; my face looks pretty good -some swelling but its normal- .. i am happy with my results so far ill update when i get the stitches removed. Ill be posting my before and final results a month from now. Updated on 23 Feb 2019: Just a quick update.. the dr took my stitches out about 5 days ago but it didnt heal as good as it was suppose to ( healed from the middle and the corners didnt heal ) and i was worried about it but he assured me it was fine and that i should continue with my antibiotic... today i went back for a check-up he cleaned it up and replaced the medical tapes and assured me it was healing well and great. I am loving how my face looks specially from the side! I look amazing dr murad did an amazing well. Updated on 13 Mar 2019: Here is an update on my scar.. its healing well.. i am only concerned about a bump on the right side of my face the dr told me it will go away with time. Updated on 24 Jun 2019: im writing this and im very sad.. my chin implant is uneven and has some bumps, my dr is out of town and i am scheduled for next month for checking up.. hope all goes well
From the way you are describing the results, it’s most likely that you have a capsular contracture in the left breast. This means that the capsule around the breast is harder and might necessitate revision surgery. It is not Norms to have this kind of asymmetry 7 months post operatively. You will need to be examined by a board certified plastic surgeon prior to any procedure to confirm the diagnosis. The reason for such a problem could be blood accumulation after the first procedure or a sub clinical infection.
I see from the image that the right breast is slightly larger than the left breast. It's possible that you had a hematoma postoperatively if the breast was tight and painful on day one post op. This hematoma is possibly organised now. An ultrasound is needed to rule out a collection on the right breast. in case it's present, evacuating it would help lowering your chances of developing a capsular contracture in the future.
You would benefit from a breast lift for sure. There is a limit to how much we can lift the breast if the size is a triple D, you might need a slight reduction in addition to your lift so that the scars occurring from the lift won't spread in the future. Good luck
Hi there. You will need to wait for at least a year after you deliver and after you are done Breast feeding before going for any kind of surgery related to your breast or tummy. Depending on the size of the breast after you are done breast feeding, you will either need a breast lift or you would need a breast lift with augmentation. Themis depends on the reaction of your breasts to the pregnancy and feeding. In some cases the breasts deflates and you would need the augmentation and in some cases it remins large and you would only need a lift. Good luck in your pregnancy and with what you decide to do afterwards.
Hi there. A mastopexy with auto augmentation is the operation you need. You will have a fuller more youthful breasts. The operation name stands for breast lift with using your own breast tissues to give it an augmented look. The surgery usually takes 2 hours. it does leave a scar which with new techniques (called vertical scar masotopexy) would be less than older techniques (wise pattern). the stretch marks will decrease if it's in the area of the skin that will be resected with the lift. Good luck.
