Dr. Sanderson is so professional, easy to talk to, and makes you feel at ease about the whole process. It's hard getting older and seeing your body change. She can help you with that and after the healing process it is so worth it. Just a small procedure can make a huge difference in the way you see yourself. She prepared me on what to expect during and after the procedure and I was not disappointed. The hardest part for me was taking the first step to making an appointment. After the consultation and getting over my fear the rest was easy! Only regret was why did I wait so long!

I appreciate the care Dr Sanderson has provided me for years! I have always loved the results and the advice she’s delivered. I am convinced she has kept me looking my best. Her recommendations for treatments have been indispensable to me over several years now.

I was very interested in the tear trough filler procedure. Even though I had fillers in the past, I knew this was a highly-specialized treatment and was a bit nervous when I arrived. She immediately put me at ease, explaining to me what to expect from start to finish. She is also all about starting gradually and monitoring the results, so I never felt as though I was under any pressure to do more than what I was comfortable with, and because of her wonderfully calming approach, I felt she was really partnering with me to obtain the best results.

Completed a profractional treatment of my face three weeks ago and have had excellent results so far. The reason for me to seek treatment was to improve my wrinkles. During the consultation, we both decided that for the best results that I should do pro-fractional and they were right! Dr. Sanderson was very professional and knowledgeable. I was given everything I needed for before and after the procedure. The clinic followed up the day after to make sure everything was okay. I had about five days of downtime and started to clear on day 7-9 looking forward to seeing the final results in the weeks ahead. I also started using the anti-aging line that Weight Loss and Vitality carries the ZO by Zein Obagi. I have seen amazing results with that. I also go to their Alexandria clinic for routine lunch-time chemical peels every three months.

I was so happy to meet Dr. Sanderson and experience laser re-surfacing, botox, and fillers. She prepared me well, so I knew what to expect during and after each procedure. Dr. Sanderson has great skills with laser resurfacing. I am a 61 yo male and she has maintained my youthful complexion with regular CO2 laser resurfacing! Her approach is with minimal discomfort and theresults are remarkable!

In April 2019, I had smart lipo to rid myself of my back fat. It has always bothered me since I was in high school. I always had to find the right clothes to wear so that my rolls would not be super obvious. I have long thought that my ribcage was a little big for my size (5’5”, 140 lbs) but to have fat blobs on my back on top of my ribcage was horrible! I was nervous about getting it done because I had had regular lipo on my abdomen before and the recovery was no joke. So here is how it all went down. I arrived at the office at 8 am. I had taken a percocet and a valium before I left home. After signing all the necessay papers and speaking with Dr. Sanderson about the procedure, I changed into my gown and went into the procedure room. I had a few numbing shots and we got started. Dr. Sanderson told me everything that she was doing in real time. I was awake the whole time. I did not feel any pain just pressure and movement. She did the fat liquification, skin tightening, and suctioning (not sure if I remember the order correctly). I believe it took about 30-45 minutes. I had a total of 6 insertion points. After we were finished the nurse bandaged me up and I put on my compression garment and I was on my way. I felt absolutely fine. My husband picked me up and we went home. I had very minor bleeding for one day and I only knew it when I changed my bandages. The day after I began going for walks and trying to stay active. I started jogging 3 weeks after. I was definitely sore the first month but it was nothing like doing regular lipo when I had general anesthesia. When I look back on the last few months I can honestly say that it was a great experince. I look and feel so much thinner and my self confidence has shot way up. Clothes actually fit me now. I can also tell that it is still improving. It even feels like I can feel my skin tightening up. I can see my ribs now! It is so weird and cool! I will post some more pics in a few months. The after pics were taken almost 3 months after. Oh, I still wear my spanx garment at night and most days. Thanks Dr. Sanderson!!

Dr. Sanderson has been a doctor of mine for >8 years. She has excellent bedside manner. She has helped with my wrinkles and has done fillers on my face to even out some defects I have developed with aging. She gives an honest opinion on which procedures will work best for her patients.I had some hypertrophic scars I was self conscious about and she helped me with those as well. I will continue to see Dr. Sanderson as long as my face keeps on aging!

Dr. Sanderson is by far my favorite doctor to see. She is always professional and friendly. Dr. Sanderson listens to my concerns and clearly explains my options. I've been seeing Dr. Sanderson for the last 5 years and she has performed multiple procedures, flawlessly. She always follows up to see how I am doing, and genuinely cares about her patients. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
