Ik heb twee operaties aan mijn oogleden (Blepharoplastie) laten doen bij dokter Verpaele. Vijf jaar geleden heb ik mijn oogwallen laten wegwerken. Die stoorden me al vele jaren en ik kan wel zeggen dat ik er een complex over had. Very satisfied with Fat Grafting in the tear trough/cheecskbone

I had always some dark circles and after making some research I found out that I had a negative vector which caused the impression of a prominent bulging eyes due to a recessed orbital rim/maxilla. Dr Verpaele advised me that fat grafting in the Tear Trough and the cheekbone can help with the bulging appearance and dark circle, with a small elevation if the lower eyelids. It is not almost a year and I am very satisfied with the result. I can say that 60 or 70% of the fat grafted

A New Problem Was Created, and the Old One Persists

Dr Verpaele performed ‘nano-fat’ lipofilling to treat my hereditary dark circles under the eyes, caused by thin skin in the eye area). This involves harvesting fat from a donor site and then processing it to extract and inject all the benefits of fat (growth factors, stem cells, etc. ) without adding volume to the targeted treatment area. I do not recommend.

Not good. "Forgets" to show up after surgery, refuses to follow up after leaving open wounds, the "nurses" at the clinic are rude, all in all a very bad experience. I had to go (and pay) to another surgeon to correct what he did wrong. The facelift was terribly painful.
