MIPPS Procedure
I recently had the MIPPS procedure with Dr. D’Souza, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results. From my consultation through recovery, Dr. D’Souza and his team were professional, attentive, and truly caring. I wanted a refreshed, natural look without appearing overdone, and that’s exactly what I achieved. The procedure was much easier than I expected, with minimal discomfort and a surprisingly quick recovery. Friends and family keep telling me I look rested, younger,

Mini Facelift - MIPPS with Dr. Alex DeSouza
I had a Mini Facelift 4 days ago with Dr. Alex DeSouza and I just don’t feel, I look absolutely Fabulous!!!!! Dr. DeSouza pulled 3 vectors of my face and tighted it up in my in the beggining of the scalp line. Simple and fast procedure inside the OR under local anestesia. Zero sedation, ZERO pain!! I drove all the way from Coral Gables to Boca Raton right after the procedure. No bruises, no purple, just a little bit of swollen on the side I sleep. I paid 5K for the Mini Facelift

The Most Exceptional Surgeon & Experience — Beyond 5 Stars!
I truly don’t even know where to begin because my experience with this doctor has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first moment, every part of this journey exceeded what I expected. From the surgery coordinator to the entire team, everyone was kind, patient, and incredibly attentive. Yes, the surgery center primarily speaks Spanish, but if you’re kind, respectful, and willing to communicate, they are unbelievably sweet, bubbly, and helpful. Their warmth made

I Had an Amazing Experience!
My experience with Dr. de Souza was incredible! My PET Lift results rejuvenated me by about 15 years. I look radiant! Before that, I had already had liposuction and BBL with him. Always impeccable. The doctor is extremely intelligent. My friends who went to him on my recommendation are very happy with the results! Thank you, doctor!

Stay Away from the PET Lift
Hello I had this same procedure done Dec 2023. In Jan 2024 I started calling the dr because the 4 bumps in my head did not go down they were actually getting bigger. I was told not to worry that this was normal and they would go away. in Feb 2024 there was something coming out of my head, once again I called to have them tell me they were going to tell the dr to call me but not to worry because this was normal. I called and called and called until I got tired and gave up. my last

Do NOT Get a PET Lift
I kept seeing advertisements for this "new" procedure called a PET lift almost 2 years ago, did as much research as I possibly could (wasn't a lot of info), and decided to give it a shot. Dr. De Souza is supposed to be the pioneer of this minimally invasive procedure that pulls/lifts skin to give the look of a facelift without the surgery/pain/expense that comes with it. The process was pretty straightforward, and the procedure was fine, but the after effects have been terrible.

Horrible Experience- Do Not Go to This Doctor or CG Cosmetics
Horrible experience! I had my BBL in November of 2022 so I am over 2 years post op. I was told I could return to work after 6 weeks. I had look 360 & fat transfer to the glutes ($6500) with skin tightening (an extra $2k) The post op pain was so debilitating I could not return to work for 6 MONTHS. I had nerve damage in my low back and all over my abdomen. The mandatory post op “massage” the day after surgery was not lymphatic massage as advertised- the nurses who didn’t
