I had a Mini Facelift 4 days ago with Dr. Alex DeSouza and I just don’t feel, I look absolutely Fabulous!!!!! Dr. DeSouza pulled 3 vectors of my face and tighted it up in my in the beggining of the scalp line. Simple and fast procedure inside the OR under local anestesia. Zero sedation, ZERO pain!! Please don’t do it is my worst experience since the beginning, after few weeks a bump appeared I was very concerned I went to a plastic surgery to take out , and now after 3 years a bump appears in the other side just in case I am having a biopsy, I really regret don’t worth , I should investigate more about it, when you call they make look simple is not . Hello I had this same procedure done Dec 2023. In Jan 2024 I started calling the dr because the 4 bumps in my head did not go down they were actually getting bigger. Do NOT Get a PET Lift
I kept seeing advertisements for this "new" procedure called a PET lift almost 2 years ago, did as much research as I possibly could (wasn't a lot of info), and decided to give it a shot. Dr. De Souza is supposed to be the pioneer of this minimally invasive procedure that pulls/lifts skin to give the look of a facelift without the surgery/pain/expense that comes with it. The process was pretty straightforward, and the procedure was fine, but the after effects have been terrible.

Horrible experience! I had my BBL in November of 2022 so I am over 2 years post op. I was told I could return to work after 6 weeks. I had look 360 & fat transfer to the glutes ($6500) with skin tightening (an extra $2k) The post op pain was so debilitating I could not return to work for 6 MONTHS. I had nerve damage in my low back and all over my abdomen. The mandatory post op “massage” the day after surgery was not lymphatic massage as advertised- the nurses who didn’t
