Dr. De Souza has failed to comply with the basic Medical and Clinical Ethical Principles, by ignoring a patient whom he operated on, and due to his lack of moral and professional obligations, my situation became very complicated costly, and emotionally damaging.
Ethics is an inherent and inseparable part of clinical medicine as the physician has an ethical obligation to benefit the patient, to avoid or minimize harm and pain, and to respect the values and preferences of the patient, all of which, he and his staff decided to ignore.
This is my experience with Dr. DeSouza and CG Cosmetics:
On March 21, 2024, I had a cosmetic plastic surgery procedure with Dr. DeSouza. Before getting this surgery, I did my due diligence regarding this procedure (Instant Face Lift) which was supposed to be done only and exclusively by Dr. De Souza.
The social media advertisement claims there are no cuts, no threads, and no recovery time. It also claims that there is no other doctor that can perform this procedure since it was developed by Dr. De Souza. I was told that I could resume my normal activity on the 2nd day after the procedure.
3 days after the surgery and upon my return to Chicago, I was in excruciating pain and 2 large bums (golf size) developed on each side of my head.
I called the clinic to request to talk to Dr. De Souza to have a better understanding of what was happening and they told me that it was normal and that the bumps and pain would go away within a week.
2 weeks later, I was still experiencing the same symptoms, and my forehead had swollen to the point that I had to go to the emergency room. I called the clinic again and I requested to have the doctor call me and do an evaluation to see if there was an infection or if something went terribly wrong. I was then told to take Tylenol, and the bumps would take 2 to 3 weeks to fade but that Dr. De Souza was informed and I was going to get a video call from him.
I waited for Dr. De Souza to call me or do the video call as I was promised. The emergency room needed to know what procedure was done to me but I couldn’t explain anything to them since the procedure wasn’t explained to me.
As of today April 24, 2024, the pain is still excruciating with any facial movement (e.g. Smiling, laughing, or washing my face, etc.) and the bumps are still visible.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR HOPES WITH THIS DR OR CLINIC!

As previously stated, I had this so called "procedure" on March 21, 2024.
Today October 15. 2024 - 7 months - after, the bumps (abscess) on the left side of my head were still huge. I had to go to the ER for the 4th time. They sent me to see a plastic surgeon and this is what he extracted from my head.
This is an absolute shocked to me because I was told there were no threads inserted and only god knw the in hell are those pieces of stuff the doctor pulled out of the incision #drdespuza put in me.
If you arw thinking or planning to have this ripoff treatment PLEASE THINK AGAI

Do your homework before you even think about getting this procedure by this dr. All the 5 star reviews they have on Google are 100% fake, they have a good marketing team that bought all of them.
