Beautiful Results and Exceptional Care
Dr. Zury is a meticulous and attentive surgeon whose work is truly exceptional. My incisions are very fine and neat, and just one week after surgery, my breasts already looked beautiful and were healing well. His entire team is responsive, efficient, and well coordinated. I’m so happy with my results!

If You Want to Be in Good Hands, These Are the Hands I Recommend: Dr. Zuri’s.
Here is one piece of advice I would like to offer: save yourself months of searching and researching, visiting clinics, and meeting with different surgeons. “ZURI: this is the clinic, and this is the doctor.” I had a mommy makeover just three weeks ago, and even at this early stage of my recovery, the results are already incredible. After all the physical changes we mothers experience during pregnancy and after childbirth, feeling like yourself again—but as an even better version—has

It means a great deal to me and to our entire team to know that you felt confident, supported, and well cared for throughout your mommy makeover journey. At only three weeks after surgery, you are still very early in the healing process, and I am so pleased that you are already happy with your results. Highly Recommend DR.Z for So Many Reasons
This is my 2nd procedure with Dr.Z. I'm only 2 weeks post-surgery so my incisions aren't completely healed yet, but it's looking good so far. What I can say is that the doctor & his staff will absolutely be there for you before, during, & after your procedure. The first night post-op they answered the phone at 11:00 pm. I'm not encouraging you to do that, but it's there if you need it. What impressed me was learning that the doctor takes such pride in his work & is

From New York to Miami—Zuri Plastic Surgery for the Win!
As someone from New York who researched and consulted with multiple plastic surgeons, I can honestly say I am so grateful I chose Dr. Zuri and his team. From the moment I walked into Zuri Plastic Surgery, I knew this experience was different. The office is beautiful, has the most delicious scent, impeccably clean, calming, and nestled in the most charming neighborhood. Every detail makes you feel comfortable from the start. A huge thank you to Shirley and Gabby at the front

We know that choosing a plastic surgeon, especially when traveling from New York, is an important decision, and we are incredibly grateful that you placed your trust in us. Our goal is always to make every part of the experience feel personal, comfortable, organized, and supportive, from the first consultation through surgery and recovery. I’m especially happy to hear that Shirley, Gabby, Melanie, our nursing team, and the Sofias helped make you feel cared for throughout the process. I am very fortunate to work alongside such a dedicated team. Most importantly, I’m glad you felt heard and that your results are already aligning with the goals we discussed. You are still early in the healing process, and I look forward to continuing to follow your recovery and seeing your results evolve over the coming months. A Dream Come True
I already left my review of Zuri Plastic Surgery on Google, but I came over here to leave it again because Dr. Zuri deserves every credit imaginable. The review was as follows: I did a total makeover at Zuri Plastic Surgery on June 26th, 2026. I got a breast lift, areola reduction, tummy tuck, flank and back liposuction with J-plasma, and a BBL. I was a little nervous, because this was my first major surgical procedure ever, but everyone at the clinic made me feel totally safe

Response from Dr. Alexander Zuriarrain, MD, FACSThank you so much for taking the time to write this and for coming to a second platform to say it again. That means a great deal. What stands out to us is what you noticed about the team: the front desk, the nurses, the pre-op and post-op calls. That's the part we work hardest on and the part patients often don't see the effort behind. Our whole philosophy is that a person should feel informed, safe, and cared for at every step; never rushed, never in the dark. You're also being honest about something we wish more people heard: recovery takes work. Rest, patience, and following the plan matter enormously, and it sounds like you've committed to all three. If any questions come up as you continue healing, please call the office, we're here, and we'd rather hear from you early than late. Thank you for your trust. It's the highest compliment we receive.

Stop Searching and Book with Dr.Zuri!!!
Dr.Zuri and his team are highly skilled, kind, and compassionate. I had multiple procedures and am beyond thrilled with the results. Dr. Z was honest in our initial consult about what to expect, what procedures are right for my body and set realistic expectations. I have sent him several new patients and will continue to do so. His training & education combined with his artistic skill set him apart from the rest. He is the best!!

Breast Implant Removal with Lift & Abdominal Plasty Reverse
I cannot recommend Dr. Alexander Zuri in Miami highly enough. From the moment you walk into the office, you immediately feel that you are in the hands of true professionals. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and welcoming, and the entire staff is amazing—kind, attentive, and extremely professional. The surgical center is equally impressive. Everything is impeccably organized, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring. You can really feel the level of expertise

We work very hard to create an environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for from the first interaction through the entire surgical journey, so hearing that you experienced that means everything to us.
