A Dream Come True
WORTH IT
I already left my review of Zuri Plastic Surgery on Google, but I came over here to leave it again because Dr. Zuri deserves every credit imaginable. The review was as follows:
I did a total makeover at Zuri Plastic Surgery on June 26th, 2026. I got a breast lift, areola reduction, tummy tuck, flank and back liposuction with J-plasma, and a BBL. I was a little nervous, because this was my first major surgical procedure ever, but everyone at the clinic made me feel totally safe and relaxed and also made sure I was 100% informed. Everyone, from the gals at the front counter to the nurses taking care of me during pre-op, day of, and post-op were kind, patient, helpful, and informative. I felt like a princess every step of the way, even to this day, as I’m still receiving follow up calls asking if I have any questions or concerns. I also received a bulky packet full of care instructions for my recuperation process, as well as an email full of attachments on how to prepare for the surgery and suggestions on which vitamins and supplements to take afterward to ensure a speedy recovery. Basically, Zuri Plastic Surgery makes sure that every step of the way is 100% fool proof, so long as you heed the instructions/suggestions given.
Now onto the surgery itself. Dr. Zuri is nothing short of a miracle worker. Attached are a picture of my before and after with no top on, as well as an additional after picture taken the same day as the topless one but with the faja. Mind you, this after picture is only 11 days post-op, with me taking every last supplement suggested to aid in the recovery. In all honesty, I have not yet done the lymphatic massages, which are also suggested, as Dr. Zuri says they aid a lot with swelling and contouring. Anyway, to say I’m happy would be a major understatement. I feel beautiful and confident for the first time in a long time, and I’m also so hopeful for the future. I can wear what I want, and now I’m not scared of the prospect of dating and everything that comes with it. I am so, so excited.
With that said, the recovery is a little tedious. The only negative to getting this work done has been the recovery itself. The first two or three days were a little painful and uncomfortable, with the pain and swelling. I got the Prevena therapy system for both my breasts and tummy tuck wounds and they healed like a dream, quickly and painlessly. Sleeping sitting up while also avoiding putting pressure on my glutes has been THE most off putting thing about this whole process. I feel like I haven’t gotten a good night’s rest in two weeks, but I’ll figure it out. No pain, no gain. Overall, I would do it all over again for the amazing results I have obtained from Zuri Plastic Surgery.
This surgery was worth every dime, stitch, and second of pain or discomfort. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Zuri and his wonderful team! Thank you so much for making me feel beautiful and secure and for being so lovely to me on this journey! Y’all have changed my life!
