Hey Ladies...After being told by several doctors in LA that I don’t have fat sufficient enough for a bbl, I decided to take the plunge and have surgery with Dr Najar in Culiacán, Sinaloa. This decision was made after years of research and asking locals about him. No deaths in 15 years of practice. I also considered Columbia it was too far and there are great doctors their too but not a single one of them took the time out of their day to speak to me over the phone and reassure me I was in great hands like Dr Najar did. Most doctors either want you to deal with their assistant or a third party agency which didn’t work for ME. I Got here on a Friday, had my surgery on Monday(this morning). He pulled 3000cc. 2000 of that was fat the rest was fluid. 1000 in each butt cheek but keep in mind I had a bbl before. I vomited once due to the anesthesia. So far so good, I leave in 15 days. Just wanted to post my experience because girls shared their experience with me when I was desperately seeking a good doctor. Will post another update soon Updated on 26 Feb 2019: The doctor removed my dressing today day 2 of surgery. I saw my shape. Love Love Love it. Snatched waist shaped hips and my booty poppin. He told my to stick a strict diet the first 6 months after surgery to enhance my results because the body’s metabolism goes into hyperactive mode, which is totally true I experienced it before with my last bbl. The man is truly a talented artist.
