I go to him for my Botox and I was very impressed. I’ve tried over ten different offices before I found Dr. Aiache and I’m not going anywhere. He’s very straight forward but a gentle soul. His staff at all his offices are great too! Always friendly and helpful :)
Highly skilled doctor who finely crafted my restoration youth project resulting in a natural 'forever young' look. Took his time to get it right in my very first major overhaul. Courteous and kind in attitude.
I had rhinoplasty with doctor Aiache. The only sad part about my entire experience is knowing the fact I can’t have him around FOREVER!! He is truly the best. He’s amazing. He has an older office and it makes people say rude things about his Botox and his skills and it’s awful people treat such a respectable doctor this way. He changed my life. I didn’t even KNOW what I wanted in rhinoplasty. I told him my issues, what I wanted to change and he did his magic. He knew. He didn’t take my nose away but he made it smaller and adorable. I love his work, his personality, his skills, his straightforward no fuss and no worries attitude, I love this doctor and what he did for me!!! and I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.
I've had only exceptional experiences with Dr. Aiache! He produces only the most natural results. His office staff is always pleasant and helpful, going above and beyond to make your procedure pleasurable. I will ALWAYS recommend him to anyone looking to have "work" done. He's truly a master at his craft.
I have been seeing Dr Aiache for many years to treat my frown lines between my eyes and I can honestly say they look better today than they did 20 years ago - absolutely natural. And the cost of this service is absolutely reasonable. He’s the best!
I can’t tell you how happy I am with his work, nobody can ever tell I’ve done something and that’s what you want from your surgeon. I am 50 now and still look in my early 40’. I know cause I am an actress and I am booked for those roles! He very nice and loves his job, I think that’s what keeps him young, I also have the feeling that he doesn’t need the money but just wants women to feel better, that’s why he is very reasonable because honestly he could charge a lot more....
Went for a boob consult, and decided to also get my lips done. Combined the two to save money. I have NO top lip. Or should say had. I went for a Lip Lift (3mm) and a fat injection with fat being taken from my stomach. I'm happy with the results but am still waiting for the sutures to fully heal. I may need to go back for additional fat transfers to obtain the desired look. I paid $400 + $1500 but the prices were lower due to me combining it with breast implants. Just over two weeks later, and I'm still numb. I'm told this will take about a month to be "normal" again. Updated on 6 Jul 2013: Here is me 3 weeks post op. 1 stitch has fallen out. Scabs have healed. I'm looking almost back to normal now! I'm still a bit numb and my skin is tight/dry but all in all, I'm doing ok! Updated on 14 Jul 2013: I'm healing nicely. Still have 1 stitch left in my nostril and my incision area is red. I'm starting to get feeling back in the area which is good. Sadly, when I smile my lip still disappears. :( Updated on 20 Jul 2013: Updated on 22 Jul 2013: So my other stitch came out today. Partly my fault b/c I trimmed it down a bit the other day because I was sick of looking like I had stuff up my nose. Just glad it's out! Updated on 24 Jul 2013: Figured you should all be aware of the heeling itch. My nose get SO itchy on the inside from the stitches I suppose. The stitches are long gone but sometimes my nose is just SO ITCHY. It also feels like my nose is constantly running even though it's not. Good times. hah. Updated on 2 Aug 2013: Wish the top was bigger. :( Updated on 8 Aug 2013: Still healing. Still itchy but not as much. Not really that numb but it feels tight were the stitches were. Updated on 5 Oct 2013: Still itchy a bit and you can still see marks, but over all I'm feeling much better. Wish my lips were bigger though. :( Updated on 5 Oct 2013:
I've had boobs since grade 3, but I swear they hadn't grown since then. I had lost about 39 lbs over the last few years and told myself my present to myself would be new boobs. I re-gained 10 lbs, but plan to re-drop those pounds soon and went ahead with my present! Finally at almost 32 years old, I left Canada and flew to Beverly Hills for the long awaited procedure. I had consults locally, but a friend of mine lives in LA and offered to take care of me. She used the Dr and was amazed with her results. This, plus the lower cost of surgery, made me go for it! I had a consult back in December while I was visiting, and had my surgery (along with a lip lift, lip fat injection) back on June 13th. The team was great and explained everything to me. I wasn't nervous at all which surprised me as I had never had surgery before. Over all I was very impressed with the clinic, the staff and the Dr. I am now just over two weeks post op, and I love it. Bruising is almost gone and the sutures are closing nicely. I just switched the paper tape over my incisions (to push the scars down) and saw the sites for the first time. I am still tender and am waiting for the implants to "drop", but they aren't sitting that high up. I feel my body now looks the way it should have looked and am excited to see myself with 10-15 lbs gone. I was wearing a 36A but now think I may have been a 34B now that I know how to figure sizes out. When you are small, you just don't care. I had 371 ccs implanted over the muscle through the nipple. Recent measurements places me at about a 36DD but this may shrink as swelling goes down. The Dr. recommended over the muscle because I had tubular boobs (pointy) and I did NOT want the pointiness to continue after surgery. If you have the surgery, REST AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. I took quite a few days to heal while visiting my friend and I really think that helped speed up recovery. I'm glad I wasn't at home so I didn't worry about the dog or the house or work. Updated on 6 Jul 2013: Three weeks later and I couldn't be happier. I am off the pain meds, and am mostly pain free. If I bend over too far, I get a burning sensation. I also get sore but feel the massages help. I'm now back to work full time and am dealing with that ok. I'm happy with the size but part of me wishes I went a TINY bit bigger. These look pretty natural I believe. One (with the tattoo) has dropped a bit leaving the other looking a bit high. I've been wearing my band hoping to push that sucker down but so far it hasn't wanted to co-operate. I know it will drop eventually. I am so glad I did this. I feel so much sexier. :D Soon I will try on all my clothes to see which still fit and which to toss. Oh, I still have very little feeling on the boobs/nipples. I trust this will come back over time but for now it's just numb. Updated on 6 Jul 2013: Oh and I find my nipples are always erect now. I'm not sure if this is because they were pierced for 10 years prior to this, or if it has to do with the surgery. But they are always saying hello. Luckily the white sports bra I'm wearing above, has a tiny bit of padding which hides them and doesn't make me obscene for work! Updated on 6 Jul 2013: Updated on 14 Jul 2013: And I'm still super excited with my results. :) I am still tender every now and then but overall I feel fine. One boob has dropped while the other has not so I look a little lopsided. I can't wait until they are the same. Until then, I'm wearing the strap and massaging as recommended. Considering I had my surgery in another Country, I was unable to go to the month consult. However, due to technology, I was able to send pics. Looks like all is well. I still have 1 stitch on my un-dropped boob but that will take up to 3 months to come off. I'll attach some pics taken on my 4 week Boobiversary. Soon as I drop I will measure to see what size I am! At last measure I was a 34 DD. Updated on 20 Jul 2013: I think the other boob has started to drop. I don't look so lopsided any more! The incision sites are looking good as well. Updated on 20 Jul 2013: Here is a pic of the lopsidedness of a few days ago... Updated on 2 Aug 2013: Took my boobs out for a spin with some girls at a cabin. SO MANY QUESTIONS. But I like informing others. Updated on 2 Aug 2013: Looking good. A bit lopsided again. :( Updated on 2 Aug 2013: I should really put more thought into my entry, before hitting enter. hah. But I have re-measured and I'm still coming up as a 34DD. Will go get a real bra at some point and see what fits me but it's nice to be "large". I do wish I went a bit bigger but I am happy with what I got. I look at them ALL THE TIME. Updated on 8 Aug 2013: I went to Bra Bar today during my lunch to see what they had. I tried on about 10 bras and most of them were 34Es!!!! I bought a nice affordable ($60 vs $120) leopard print bra and a "Shock Absorber" sports bra. The total was $138!!! Luckily I had a $100 g/c that I used. OH, and today is my two month anniversary! I'm doing ok, but still not able to do anything more than walk, light housework, etc or I will hurt majorly the following day. I learned this the hard way by jogging for 30 seconds the other day. :( Updated on 5 Oct 2013: Time sure flies. I can't even remember pre-boobs now. I still love them and still stare at them all the time. I'm a 34DDD (or E) as per a fitting which is larger than I wanted, but I'm glad I got them! I am still a bit tender in the mornings, and my nipples are a bit odd as they are just getting feeling back. I think the boobs are fairly even now and the scars are healing nicely! Updated on 5 Oct 2013: Updated on 28 Aug 2015: I'm sure everyone stops updating after a certain point, so I figured I'd do one last update now that it's been two years (in June). Things are great. I have no regrets and would do it again. Only I'd go bigger. I am so used to them now, and I don't even remember what I looked like before.
I had upper eyelid skin that made me look tired. When I was younger, I knew one day this day would come and I'd have to make the decision. I'm glad I took 10 years to do my research and observe others' work to find the right doctor. I was afraid of the hollowed look, too much fat taken out, and I was afraid of my eye shape changing to that rounded look, and I was afraid the stitches would be thick and obvious. My doctor has been doing eyelid surgeries for decades and he did the most amazing job. He did not take fat out, so no hollowed look, he did the incision across the SUB BROW (other doctors had no idea what I was talking about) as opposed to the outer corner of the eye, thus keeping my eye shape, and he took the stitches out 1 1/2 days later and put surgical tape over the incision, which to my amazement, I healed with NO obvious scars at all! I am so thrilled and delighted with his techniques and the outcome!! Totally beautiful work and no visible scars at all. Yes, he did them on the outside. Pictures are included.
Nightmare of my life! You be the judge it will cost me $20,000 to fix it,no to mention my breathing is ruin for life ,I have to use nose sprays ,decongestant all the time cause I can’t breath this is the worst not mentioning why it did to my self steam and financially now I have to go to Tijuana Mexico to get it better I can’t continue cause made me mad Updated on 13 Jul 2020: I haven’t wrote my story, cause it was traumatic and painful since he did it local anesthesia I thought I was an a horror movie,I could hear the reception/help telling him what to do with my nose ,vacuum stop working in the middle of the surgery, anesthesia ran out I could feel everything, and I could tell from day one my nostril were uneven and he said come back I’ll fix them ,what !? And insist it was swollen I wanted to believe him but you can tell by pictures there not and not mentioning they couldn’t find the right stitching tread so he used whatever and now my scars are horrible!hopefully I can the light I’m thinking going this month to Mexico Updated on 22 Jul 2020: Hello everyone one ,I found a new Dr in Tijuana Mexico he is one of the best surgeons and graduated and belongs to certified board of plastic surgery, I went yesterday met him ,took my labs ,I was embarrassed to tell him what happened but without me saying much he knew and said ,“who did this To you, seems he had no clue what he was doing “, ugh I know anyway,it turn out that my nostril are just cut wrong but we’re stitched back one up and turn and in ,..no wonders I can see hair nostril ,but good thing is he said he would do the best and my take some piece of The back of my ear and a way to build some tip and he said I can’t promise to fix it 100%but I’ll will try ,honestly I thought he was going to turned me down like 2 drs did so I this point I have to trust my gut ,you know when you have those flags And you ignored them that happened with last dr But I thoughthe has experience he is in Beverly Hills ,he works in aHopitalHe is in this website whAt can go wrong right? So I’m going to be positive and leave this horrible experience and my past but I’m glad I wrote it cause I guess that’s why he is not longer is real self I just wish they take him from Groupon, well wish me luck ! It took a while but finally has come ,my breathing is 90 % better and my nose I’m happy ,my nostrils are a bit uneven but he told me since it was cut and stitched wrong way and started to heal with a tissue scarring ,he had to cut part of my ear cartilage to fix it ,I ask when was my stitches remove and he said they will fall off “I was what ??! I can’t see them I was surprised cause last time I had this boodo doll stitches I guess he used tread for when they do belly ,cause I remember in the middle of the surgery he said “let’s use those cause they ran out of tread (I’m talking about last surgery)but hopefully when swelling goes down it will look much better but now I’m DONE with it it is what it is ,now i can’t continue with my life and leave this awful experience in the past !
