I’ve been following Dr. Rodriguez on social media for years and always knew that if I ever got a lip lift, he would be the surgeon I chose. I’ve always had a very thin, almost nonexistent upper lip, and about eight years ago I had an implant placed. Unfortunately, I hated the way it looked and felt it gave me a duck-lip appearance. Last week, I finally decided to take the plunge and have the implant removed along with a lip lift. The procedure itself wasn’t bad at all. The worst part was the numbing needles, but once they kicked in, I felt no pain during the surgery. The first three days after were definitely uncomfortable with swelling and soreness, but that improved day by day. Today is day eight and I just had my stitches removed. Now comes the hard part, waiting for the scar to fade. That said, it’s very thin, and we always notice our own imperfections more than anyone else ever would. Overall, I am happy with my results. Dr. Rodriguez and his staff are incredibly kind, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. I’m so happy to finally have an upper lip!

Dr Rodriguez did an excellent job with all aspects of my abdominal surgery. He explained everything in detail and my surgery went perfect . He did a great job repairing a tear in my abdominal wall and turned out great . His Office Staff are great to work with and took care of all paperwork for my work .

I first heard about Dr. Rodriguez back in 2013 when I decided to have a breast augmentation. He exceeded my expectations and they were exactly what I wanted! I then came back, 11 years and 4 pregnancies (and a giant abdominal hernia) later, looking to get a TT and my hernia repaired. I knew with Dr R’s background I was in safe hands. He’s incredibly thorough, and responsive to any questions. Now, my BIG concern was my bellybutton. I don’t mind scars (even though mine are healing beautifully!!! SO THIN)! But my belly button is honestly amazing, it looks SO NATURAL, like my old pre-pregnancy bellybutton! I’m nearly 8 months post op, and the scars are lightening every day, but even if they didn’t lighten; they’re so thin I couldn’t be happier. I did have one spot that had a tough time healing and has a larger scar, but that’s my body - NOT his technique. I also had lipo to the flanks, which wrapped around my lower back and I now no longer have a pancake butt which was an unexpected but thrilling surprise! 4 months ago, I had a full tummy tuck with muscle repair, breast lift, flanks, mid back and breast lateral liposuction, all at the same time; and I cannot be more than beyond pleased with the results. From my initial consultation, to my surgery day and every follow up appointment afterwards, Dr. Ricardo Rodriguez has been very professional, he explains everything with details and listen to your concerns and addresses all of your concerns. It took me two years to make up my mind, and after reading all of his medical profile, all the procedures he does, plus all of his education, I finally decided to get my initial consultation with him. I was very nervous, terrified and hesitant about actually going through the process, but he was amazing at addressing every concern I had and he truly made me feel comfortable as he will not push you to get any procedure you might not need and may end up putting your life and health at risk. He’s super honest and guide you through the process from day 0 and on. The front staff ladies Stephanie and Vanessa, are also always so welcoming, respectful and professional. On the day of my surgery, the medical staff was so nice and made me feel comfortable, the anesthesiologist stayed from the initial surgery, until the end of it, just like the rest of the staff and specially Dr. Ricardo, he will not leave you. He helped me get on my car after the procedure, and was with me in the recovery room. He was giving me daily calls to check on me on the first 3 days, which it was so nice. I’m four months post op as of the day of this review, and my scars are so thin and beautiful that I don’t even care about them. Swelling has decreased a lot, still have some but it’s normal and it will be decreasing more and more. My scars are healing wonderful and I cannot be more happy with the results. I cannot wait for my one year check and see more of the final results once all the leftover swelling has disappeared. Thanks Dr. Ricardo, for helping me recover my self stem and for being an amazing doctor since day 1. There are not many responsible and honest plastic surgeons out there, but doctor Rodriguez is one of them. You will not be disappointed!

Dr. Ricardo Rodriguez performed a lip lift on me 8 months ago. I flew in a day before surgery to discuss my expectations, surgery and healing process. The next day, I got up at a local hotel and drove over. Two hours later and my surgery was complete..i didn't take any medication that he prescribed for anxiety of surgery. But what I did take were the antibotics, and post pain. After a long nap afterwards, the pain wasn't too bad. Just a little discomfort. Since Dr.Rodriquez used dissolvable stitches i was able to fly back home the next day. I recommend Dr.Rodriquez and his friendly staff was the cherry to top it off.

My experience was excellent. Dr Rodriguez and his staff were very professional and communicated step by step instructions for the procedure. Even though my procedure was done in 2011 still to this day, I am very happy for the fat transfer to the breast results to resolve tubular breast issues. I highly recommend this procedure as it is a more natural alternative to implants and has not impacted on any of my mammograms in the last 14 years.
