We are always our worst critics, right? I see the indention you are referring to. Filler can be used for many different things, "filling" imperfections in, is one of them! 

The good news, you can do either it just depends on what result you want. The Plasma Pen is great for less dramatic results. Surgery is still surgery that delivers surgical results which can be drastic. I hope this helps. Thank you for your question. At the end of the day, always see an expert!

The answer is you can do either! If it's still early in your recovery of your eyelid surgery, I'd wait until at least 3 months sometimes 6 months before doing anything your results could still be taking shape. Both are great options if you are not happy with your results. I hope this helps!

Botox can impair your surgical results if you have undiagnosed brow ptosis. If your surgeon is aware of your brow ptosis and is addressing it during your upper eyelid surgery it most likely will not affect your results. How can you make sure your surgical results aren't compromised? Be sure to remind/tell your surgeon you have had Botox so that they can take it into account before they take you to surgery. Dear Lucas, You are a great candidate for lip filler! Lip filler will even out your lips and you actually have great  shape. Someone just needs to highlight the parts of the lips that you do like. Make sure to see your provider's before and afters. I hope this helps! Good luck!

Hi Victoria, Thank you for your question. Judging from your photos here it and from what you are saying, you are a good candidate for a lip lift outcome! You have volume in your lips, but your philtrim is a little on the long side in these photos. If you've tried filler and want a longer lasting and more femine appearance in your mouth area, a lip lift might be an option. It does appear here that you could also use more volume in your upper lip if you desired, maybe your provider doesn't understand what your desired outcome looks like. This happens frequently. If you want a lip lift make sure you look at the surgeon's before and afters (for filler as well/for anything!). It's a great procedure that I love to perform! Patients look so pretty afterward if they don't mind having surgery or a small surgical scar. I hope that helps! Good luck!

Dear Kim, Thank you for your question. Lower eyelid blepharoplasty is a wonderful surgery to get rid of under eye bags that make you look tired and the appearance of dark circles. You can try filler first if you don't want to have surgery, but I would recommend another type of filler for tear through deformities such as Restyane or Belotero instead of Juvederm. Plastic surgeons/cosmetic surgeons are like high priced hair dressers; you need to see eye to eye on what the expected outcome is going to be. You'll never get your desired outcome if your doctor does not understand what you want your end result to look like. Look at their before and after pictures, if you don't like their after results you probably don't like their surgical outcomes and they're probably the wrong doctor for you. Also, ask your friends and ask them if they've had anything done; who they recommend. I hope this helps. Good luck!

You DO have high cheekbones, but you have (at least it looks like in this picture) that you have less malar projection which you could augment if you desired. I hope that helps! Good luck!

Dear Karen, Thank you for your question. Yes, you can go back to your provider and they can dissolve it right away. Depending on how long ago you had the Belotero injected, it could still be swollen so give it time and massage the area if possible. Drink lots of water if possible. I hope that helps. Good luck!
