I cannot begin to express how pleased I am with the work that Dr. Castillo has done to make me feel happy with my body again. He definitely had his work cut out for him due to my previous surgeon doing a hack job on my breasts in 2021. I had my surgery just three days ago, so I am currently wrapped up. However, from what I have been able to see, I can already tell that he came through with exactly what I asked for: a fuller breast with a higher upper breast. I will come back

Dr. Nelson was awesome! I'm so thankful that Realself was where I originally found his information. I had a Mommy Makeover. I know I was lucky post-op to not have any complications, which can happen in instances through no fault of the surgeon, but I know that it largely was due to his technical skill. The best doctor I have ever seen (I’m 60 years old & have seen many) One of my breast implants ruptured so this was not a planned surgery. Dr Castillo went above and beyond in every area.
