The anesthesiologist, Dr. Shahin Ebrahimian, also deserves special recognition. He called the night before surgery, carefully answered every single question and concern, and made me feel completely comfortable and heard even before I arrived. The morning of surgery, he again took the time to reassure me and explain everything, and the intubation experience with him was completely pain-free - I would not have even known I had been intubated if they hadn’t told me ahead of time. I woke up without a sore throat or any discomfort (which is rare with intubation) and was such a relief! Overall, Dr. Macias is an absolute miracle worker and a true artist, supported by key team members like Paris and Dr. Ebrahimian who helped make this an exceptional, safe, and deeply caring surgical experience. I am profoundly grateful to them and would choose Dr. Macias again in a heartbeat for any future procedure!

I met Dr. Macias Six years ago after having a gastric sleeve procedure. I had lost over 100lbs and was looking for a surgeon who would treat me with kindness and understanding. I made an appointment with him for my breast augmentation and arm skin removal surgery when I saw a YouTube video of a satisfied patient post about the natural results Dr. Macias was able to create for her. Since this procedure I have returned not only for a Tummy Tuck but just recently a face-lift. The office team was instrumental in preparing me for this investment in my appearance with Laser treatments and facials that are a must to prepare and Dr. Macias's team offered the best treatments and products to ensure my results would be ideal. Dr. Macias is a relaxed cat whose confidence puts you immediately at ease. He is excellent at giving you a very natural result. He listens to his patients and I believe wants you to be extremely happy moving forward. His staff is the best l've ever worked with while dealing with a doctor's office. They are sincere and genuine, no weird vibes there. I will be returning, I love them.

Dr. Macias did my mom’s facelift and that is how I found him! He did my breast augmentation 10yrs ago, and I recently decided to take them out. He removed them under local anesthesia which was a huge deal for me, I wanted to avoid going under if possible. through the areola as well. I highly recommend Dr. Macias. He is a great surgeon with a beautiful facility.

I can't believe I finally did it! I've been wanting to get a tummy tuck and replace my 21 year old implants. I had consulted with Dr. Macias around 10 years ago, but I wasn't ready so didn't do it. Fast forward to now, he now has his own practice, which I visit for regularly for facials and botox with amazing aestheticians. I knew he was good back then and has only improved and mastered his craft. I am so happy with my results and its only been a month.
