I myself have worked in the medical field for the last 15 years and can speak from lots of experience that is rare to find a surgeon with his level of skill and also compassion. I came to his office during the pandemic for a 360 lipo consult and my only regret was that I didn’t call his office sooner. I just underwent my third procedure, his signature “contour neck lift” with him and in addition to my annual botox & filler maintenance. Head to toe I have been blessed to have had his hands elevate my appearence gradually. His natural aesthetic still keeps onlookers guessing. A compliment to his work that the usual question I am asked is “if I had my breasts done” (at least not yet) but I am a walking testament to his craftsmanship and character. Its a family of friends who great you with warmth and kindness from his wife Leah to Laura, Christal at the desk. Fiona, Mary and all the nurses. I am a mother of three and I have been wanting to get a mommy makeover for years. I’m a 37 and I have not work a two piece to 15 years. I am excited and nervous. Kristin the coordinated has been nothing more than amazing. She has answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I am out of state patient and Dr Tehrani has been awesome in answering my questions and making me feel comfortable I have already had two consults with him and not once did he make me feel rushed.I am having breast augmentation,tt, lipo of flanks. Personally sometimes I feel guilty becasue I could be using the money for other things but then I think to myself “ I deserve this I work hard and I need to do what makes me happy”. Updated on 28 Oct 2023: Recovery has not been easy first couple of days; pain is slightly managed with pain meds after the 3rd day I was able to take my pain meds once a day. Tightness and soreness is what I mostly feel and of course not able to walk straight. Had my first post op on Oct 27 can’t believe it just trusting the process. Walking hydrating and resting has been my go to.

I am trans and so my breasts have always been a source of insecurity for me. The broadness of my chest exacerbated the issue. As such, we decided to go rather large with the size of the implants - 750cc. Going to such an extreme made me nervous, but the doctor/staff and overall pre-surgery process provided me with the reassurance I needed! Needless to say - I love my new breasts!

Dr T has bed side manners which many Dr lack. My experience this far has be great still have a process to complete can't wait for the final assignment and look. Thanks for the easy decision on a difficult process.

Amazing experience. I am so happy with my results. I’ve had two morpheus8 treatments done with prp injections and the procedure was extremely well done. I cannot say how happy I am to have found this office. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the doctor is amazing. I cannot wait to get more treatments done in the future. Absolutely the best. I have lost over 100 pounds and have had several surgeries over the past eight years for dealing with the effects of the weight loss. All of my surgeries have been successful and I have been happy with the results for my latest surgery I finally decided to see Dr. Tehrani. I had an upper thigh lift done with liposuction of the ankles calves and thighs, then fat transfer to my buttocks. The results were amazing. It was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend him. I am already planning the next phase of my post weight loss reconstruction.

Dr Kevin Terhini is an artist!! I had butt implants removed from another Surgeon, and I was looking to replace the volume with something. I do not have much body fat, but dr Terhini was able to place 800cc per side!! I am very happy with the outcome. He is a very caring doctor, who works very hard to achieve the patients goals. I believe he does things other doctors are not able to. He is a very talented doctor. His staff team are also incredible people.
