Dr. Kevin Tehrani has been a leading board-certified plastic surgeon in New York City for nearly two decades. The founder and director of Aristocrat Plastic Surgery in Manhattan and Long Island, he has performed thousands of successful cosmetic procedures on the face, breasts, and body, including breast augmentation, liposuction, breast lift, mommy makeover, Brazilian butt lift, tummy tuck, facelift, facial fat transfer, and eyelid surgery. He also served as Lieutenant Commander in the Naval Reserves Medical Corps for nine years. A committed educator, Dr. Tehrani now serves as chief of the division of plastic surgery and assistant clinical professor in the department of surgery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. There, he uses his extensive knowledge of plastic surgery to provide instructional courses in aesthetic surgery and laser applications. When not working at his practice, Dr. Tehrani volunteers his surgical expertise to children living in developing countries with congenital and acquired defects. We decided to go rather large with the size of the implants - 750cc
I am trans and so my breasts have always been a source of insecurity for me. The broadness of my chest exacerbated the issue. As such, we decided to go rather large with the size of the implants - 750cc. Going to such an extreme made me nervous, but the doctor/staff and overall pre-surgery process provided me with the reassurance I needed! Needless to say - I love my new breasts!

Depending on your desired outcome, you actually could benefit from revision liposuction using ultrasonic (VASER) and Renuvion skin tightening. You should have dramatic improvement with this.
