Aristocrat Plastic Surgery and MedAesthetics - Great Neck

Was so happy with my experience here. I have done multiple injectibles in the past including lip filler and yesterdays visit was for lip filler. From the moment I walked in, I felt so calm and comfortable. The office is immaculate and Jennifer and the rest of the staff is very friendly. I met with the Fellow and he was so nice! We went over my goals and he applied topical and we waited for it to numb me. His hand was very gentle and throughout he would show me in the mirror to make sure I was happy and asked me where I would prefer more. Today is the day after and I am just a bit swollen and have ZERO bruising. I cannot wait to come back again.

Let me preface my review by stating that if I do not like the customer service at a business, I never return to that establishment. I take customer service very seriously. So I watch and listen to how clients, customers are treated. Aristocrat is #1 in my opinion.

I had my second visit to Aristocrat in December 2019, and again, had Tara as my injector. She is very professional, listens to you and offers her professional opinion. Tara is not a pushy salesperson trying to get you to purchase products that you don't need. Which, is very refreshing in that field! I have never met Dr. Tehrani, however, all his staff that I have encountered are kind and professional. I will be returning for my annual gift to myself. Counting down the weeks!

Every precaution was taken to make sure that my safety was a number one priority during this COVID pandemic Dr. Tehrani and his staff are outstanding from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave! 

Tara is a master at her craft as is Dr. Tehrani at his! They have my highest recommendation I’ve referred several people to his office none of which had a single bad thing to say!

If you’re looking for a real Doctor Who has your best interest in mind this is the place to go you won’t be disappointed!

I always go to Tehrani's office to see Trish for my non surgical nose job! She is the QUEEN of filler and always does such an amazing job it amazes me. She does my nose and chin and even added some to my upper lip this time around and made it look so natural and perfect! She is so talented and kind and I would trust her with my face any day!

Trish does all of my injections and I couldn’t be happier! She gives me the exact results I’m looking for on a consistent basis. The Care Coordinators are knowledgeable and always do a great job. As a bonus, the office is beautiful too!

I can’t say enough about Tara and how professional and precise she is Tara injects me with different products and she can look at you and know exactly what to do She takes her time examines your face and just knows what will work best. I have zero worries when I see her.

Trish was amazing. She was super gentle! I was so nervous beforehand. She calmed me down and walked me through the entire process. I love my lips, they look so natural. I want to come back and get more already! Thank you trish !!!

I just had my lips done with Juvederm and a small amount of Botox and I couldn't be more thrilled with how it came out! Christianne was the women taking my before and after pics and she was super cool and fun to talk to about my nerves and she totally understood and then Trish was the women who did my injections...she was super professional and gentle ...after explaining to her my first experience (at a different place) she talked me through the whole thing and made sure I was comfortable and ready. She talked to me the whole time about what she was doing, as she was doing it and that was very helpful. She fixed the shape of my lips as well as adding volume. My whole experience at Aristocrat Plastic Surgery was amazing and I'm very glad I decided to give them a shot. I will 100% be back ...oh and the office is super cute and clean with a friendly and helpful staff. Honestly, nothing negative to say!
