Nelson Lee Novick, MD

I called Dr. Novick’s office and he answered the phone. I explained to him that I wanted to have an ear piercing closed that I no longer wanted. I asked if I should have it cut out and he explained that because I have keloid skin that wouldn’t be a good idea but instead to use a treatment called TCA cross.. He explained to me that that would be a better option for closing the piercing as supposed to cutting it out as cutting it out would be more of a scar.. the doctor went on to spend at least 45 minutes with me on the phone explaining everything and invited me to come in for a consultation. I came in for the consultation and ended up having the treatment and I’m very happy with the treatment and Dr. Novick. I highly recommend Dr. Novak as he is a caring, compassionate professional Doctor Who will answer to any questions or concerns you’ll have about any of the procedures he offers and performs. I highly recommend Dr. Novak if you’re thinking about having an ear piercing clothes or any other dermatology cosmetic procedure she definitely give them a call. It’s worth it.

Nothing but good things to say. I went in quite nervous. He took his time explaining things to me, and reassured me he would make me look great. He did just that. He also clearly loves what he does, and was almost as excited as I was with the end result! In short, he has the knowledge, experience, and artistry to create wonderful results. Dr. Novick performed a restylane contour operation. It was quick procedure, performed in office, with minimal discomfort and the results were excellent and readily apparent. He is a kind and brilliant physician.

Very nice, attentive, and professional. Unlike many doctors who rush through appointments just to move on to the next patient, Dr. Novick takes the time to explain everything in detail. He also doesn’t try to hard-sell or push treatments you don’t need. I truly appreciate his approach and can’t wait to see the results!

By far one of the best dermatologists in the field. Shows genuine concern for you as opposed to seeing you as a cash grab. He does a good job of informing you about your condition to keep you well aware of what's going on. He does this by explaining the background and the science behind your condition and tells you all the the available options avoiding harmful trends that seek to do nothing than to take your money. If something works or seems to work because of a practice you've started on your own, he will let the success speak for itself as opposed to optimizing your approach to disingenuously. Amazing Doctor through and through.

Dr Novick is the most kind and considerate doctor I know. He takes extra care of his patients and treats you like family. He addresses every concern you have and is not afraid to give you his professional advice on the best options for you. In this world of advantageous doctors he is truly works to make sure you’re satisfied with treatment.

Dr. Novick is truly an exceptional dermatologist! You can feel his passion for what he does the moment you sit down for the consultation. He has so much heart and really takes the time to listen to your concerns without ever rushing you. What impressed me most is how thoroughly he explains everything – he walked me through my treatment plan in detail and even broke down the science behind my complication from Bellafill in a way that was clear and reassuring. Dr. Novick was incredible. Checked off all the boxes, as a really personable, knowledgeable, and skilled guy. He was quite easy to converse with and very patiently answered all of my questions (and even went so far as to explain the root cause of my problems, not just the quick fix for it.) His level of professionalism put any anxiety at ease while his interactive demeanor throughout the entirety of the procedure made my experience a thoroughly enjoyable one. Dr. Novick was also very efficient with his time management as well, getting through the consultation in about 30 minutes and the procedure in about 45…and yet I wanted to stay longer because I had found a friend in Dr. Novick!! He’s quite fun to talk to and has lived a biography worthy life full of intrigue and adventure (so be sure to ask him about it!!) It’s not every doctor’s visit you come out of with such a pleasant experience, feeling refreshed rather than discouraged. I can honestly say, after just one treatment, my skin already looks much more even and a lot healthier. I am super excited to see the final end result of my treatment and in the meantime cannot recommend Dr. Novick and his practice enough!

Dr. Nelson is an exceptional dermatologist and an even better human being. He is incredibly kind, patient, and humble despite being extremely knowledgeable in his field. Unlike many dermatologists I've encountered who spend barely 5-10 minutes with patients, Dr. Nelson takes his time to truly listen, understand your concerns, and explain everything clearly. His genuine care and attention immediately make you feel at ease. He suggested only effective treatment’s without pushing any unnecessary procedures just to make money-only what was truly needed. He even took the time to personally help calm my nerves before the procedure. What amazed me the most was how painless and comfortable the entire process was. I’ve had similar procedures with other surgeons that were far more painful and unpleasant. On top of all this, Dr. Nelson is incredibly disciplined and hardworking. He personally handles all aspects of patient care instead of relying heavily on nurses, which is a rare quality among doctors today. His dedication, sincerity, and hands-on involvement are truly admirable. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking honest, compassionate, and effective dermatological care. Personally, I was inspired by Dr. Nelson’s work ethic and learned the value of being hardworking and taking responsibility for doing things yourself without relying on others.

Dr. Novick has been excellent so far in testing my skin, spending much more time and attention than any other doctor. I’m already seeing improvement with my scalp.
