I called Dr. Novick’s office and he picked up the phone himself. He spent an hour with me on the consultation and ultimately told me he didn’t think treatment was necessary—something almost unheard of in New York dermatology, where the default seems to be selling you on Fraxel or lasers before you’ve finished describing the issue.
