Has Botox on crows feet amongst 5 months ago and a vein was hit, had a black eye for 2 weeks and a Hemosiderin Stain is still there under the eye. Its been almost 5 mths with very little improvement. Will it resolve? injector said theres nothing they can do
My bruise is not a small bruise next to my eye-I literally have a black eye underneath my eye. I called my injector earlier this week, and sent her a picture. She said she was unsure why my eye was bruised in that area, but recommended that I take Arnica, and put ice on the bruise. I have been doing both, and my black eye has not changed color or dissipated in any way since I got it. I have been getting Botox for years and have never bruised from it before. Is this normal?
I had a PRP treatment (and a small amount of Botox to address creping under my eyes). I had severe black eyes and swelling after. As the swelling went down the wrinkling under my eyes got worse. I went back after a few weeks and received more Botox. It's been 4 days. the wrinkling is different but not gone. Most concerning is a new divot under my eye. I'm hoping this will relax since it takes up to 2 weeks for the full effect. I've had Botox before and have never had this reaction. Thoughts?
Hi,I am Mark from the Netherlands. Two days ago i've had botox for my crow's feet (6 units total, 3 units p. eye); but now i look like i've been in a bar fight! It's getting worse by the hour :(How can it be not the spots that were injected are black and blue but under my eyes, a different facial region, it is? Is this normal or is the injecting doctor to blame? And how long will this last?
An experienced PS injected Restylane in my lower lids, and hit a blood vessel. I COMPLETELY understand that this happens to the best of them, but I have a truly black eye that mocks makeup coverage going strong still 10 days later. PS let me know he hit a vein, iced it and applied pressure for MAYBE a minute before continuing injecting. He did not ice at all before or after- but sent me home with an icepack. (No blood-thinning supplements factor in, and thorough home-care by me afterwards.)
I have returned to the cosmetic surgeon twice and he said that it would go in time. I look like I have two black eyes, minus the bruising! I went to two other surgeons and one said wait it out and the other questioned whether filler had been used instead of Botox! I am devastated. I have an appointment with a dermotogist this week to see if Laser might work. At the moment I don't feel like this is ever going to go away. Should I steer clear of Botox forever?
