from your pictures it looks like a standard tummy tuck with liposuction of your hips should work well for you. The breast pocket could also be adjusted so symmetry is better. I would visit with a few plastic surgeons to learn more about your options. Good luck! Dr K

hi there. This is totally possible and easy in general. Sometimes the cost of a difficult mole removal, however, may be substantially less in the office. The areas are numbed like a cavity at the dentist so it’s pretty easy either way. Ask your surgeon. Good luck! Dr K

from the pictures it’s possible that a slightly larger implant would work and you could pass on the lift for now. You may want one in the future depending on how things settle. I would visit with a few more surgeons and see what they think. Good luck!

ANSWER
quite possibly yes but you are really more of a weight loss patient. Some type of abdominoplasty, breast surgery, and skin tightening for arms and legs would be common procedures for a massive weight loss case. I agree that you should hit your goal weight and then visit with a few plastic surgeons to see your options. We would be happy to see you when you’re ready. Cheers.

In my experience they may cover a small portion for a true hernia repair but diastasis alone is typically not covered. I think you’ll be surprised to see how little the coverage for the hernia would be. This is the reason why most busy plastic surgeons don’t accept any insurance plans. Good luck!

To really lift and correct the position you’ll need an actual breast lift. Probably lollipop. If you just want to add volume and having lower and slightly asymmetrical breasts is ok then you could start with an implant and see if you like it. Regardless I think you’ll end up with a lift in the next 5-10 years so some might argue just do it now. Good luck!

Perhaps this is how your breast fold lies naturally. Without pics it’s really impossible to comment. I would visit with some board certified plastic surgeons and see what they recommend. Good luck!

ANSWER
A vertical will give you more lift and as a result typically last longer. That said you’re not that low and would likely get a good result with both. Perhaps one more consult to see what the recommendation tie breaker is as its hard to tell with pics alone. Good luck!

ANSWER
6 weeks is very minimal time. Your result will evolve over the next several months. Be patient.

ANSWER
That timing should work well. While these surgeries are usually combined, separating them is fine and 7 weeks should be enough time so you’re ready for round two
