Dr. Melvin Elson is a class act. Truly one of the greatest physicians out there. My family and I have been patients of his for over 30 years. He has treated my mom, sisters, grandfather and myself through everything from acne, burns, cosmetic procedures, and cancer. He is very caring and thorough. He has always been there for us. We now have moved away from Tenn and travel from California and North Carolina to go see him. It is worth the trip to Nashville! He is very smart, very caring, and a great sense of humor.
