Had 3400 FUE in 2015 resulting in nerve damage (scalp) but would like 2nd HT. What is your advice?

Seeking clinical advice/experience. I had 3400 FUE procedure in 2015 (Turkey). No complications at the time of surgery but left with diffuse numbfness across top of head (recipient area).
