FUE Transplant - Donor density and thickness

I’m getting a hair transplant in September hopefully. I am wondering if my donor area has enough density and thickness? They are saying I will need about 3000-4000 grafts Not sure if I am balding on my crown or if it is my cowlicks/whorl?
