I had a Vi Peel about 5 days ago. It seemed to peel very well initially but now the delicate skin around my eyes feels very tight and leathery. My practitioner applied the peel all the way under my eyes just avoiding contact with my eyes directly. Wasn't sure if that was normal or not or if the eye area should typically be avoided with this peel. It just feels like pulling and I want to know if its too early to judge the results and if I should be optimistic about this healing.
Had my first Vi peel. I wanted to reduce the fine lines around my eyes and mouth. Leaving the Dr. some areas were more red, they went over them more times. Day 2, areas are so wrinkled when I smile and look like orange peel when I'm not. My skin looks very aged from my eyes to my mouth. After I peel will this resolve? Seems deeper. I am so worried. I've followed the instructions, kept the protective cream and aquaphor on. Is this normal? Does it look better after peeling and will this go away?
I have started feeling burning on my forehead right after the vi peel. The rest of the face was normal. Next morning it looked like it was injured and had black scar. Now on 6 day my whole face is done peeling skin but that scare is looking same. It is also hurts, even when I am applying moisturizer. Is it going to be normal. I also have got some chemical in my eye. Now it is very itchy and watering. What should I do.
