Hello, I'm 34 years old and have marionette lines forming at the sides of my mouth. As I am against injectables at this stage, what kind of procedures could be beneficial out of the following: Ultherapy, Hifu, RF? Would Microneedling benefit me at all? Attached are some photos Thanks
I was told they would not go over it, but they pulled the skin and treated it so there were clear markings on top of the trachea afterwards. I then had slight discomfort swallowing. I am concerned if this may have left long term consequences.
I'm 65 yrs. old. I've received botox on forehead and around eyes several times. I'm interested in Ultherapy for marionette lines/jaw area because fillers haven't worked for me (Juvederm XC, Radiesse, Restylane)
Doc #1 recommended Volite under the eyes. Found it odd since this area is very sunken and Volite is for hydration. Doc #2 recommended Juvederm filler. I wasn't sure about this either since I read Restylane (or Teosyal) is better under eyes. Doc #3 recommended Restylane but I fled due to full-on pressure sales tactics. Doc #4 said fillers won't work and I need Ultherapy. I received similar wide-ranging advice for marionette (from same docs). Hoping for consensus here. Thanks!
I'm really starting to notice the sagging and bulging around the corners of my mouth. I did get Juvederm injected into the hollows under the corners of my mouth a few months ago, but I don't feel this helped much, and actually made the area look puffier to me. The same doctor recommended the Fotona4D procedure to me for this. But it's pretty pricey and multiple treatments are required. So, I'm just wondering if this truly is the best treatment for this issue. Would Ultherapy be a better option?
I'm in my 20s and I've had marionette lines since I was a kid. If you look up close, you can see that there is excess skin that kind of folds causing a shadow. It's not a wrinkle though because it's not a crease in the actual skin. It's more like a hollow caused by a lack of fat in the area. I hope that makes sense. I know fillers can help but I want a permanent solution. What can I do? What about ultherapy on my mouth corners to tighten the skin and fat transfer afterward to fill it out?
I am just beginning to get Marionette lines, they have not yet formed into deep wrinkles, just the beginning of that fat pocket and indentation starting. Which laser is best for the Naso Labial Fold/ Marionette area? I do not want to use Fillers, that never looks natural . Thanks for your suggestions !
